Super rad spot in West Richland, cozy and clean inside and very nice outdoor seating area. Awesome menu with killer menu of burritos and sandwiches as well as baked sweet treats. I had an iced vanilla latte and bout some locally made fat cat pineapple sauce to go. Coffee was phenomenal and so was the service. They also have beet and wine so I’m eager to return asap.

Wanted to check out this new coffee bar so stopped in to try a hot chai tea. It was average and I wouldn't order it again, but if I stop in again I'll try their coffee. The atmosphere was nice and they had some cool artwork. Even the infrastructure of the tables was cool with the pipes. I was able to chat with the artist painting the Tesla mural across the drive thru. Customer service was excellent and baristas were friendly, stop in and try this place!

So if you haven't visited this location yet you're in for a real treat. They have a nice seating area and a big menu to choose from. Did you know they serve wine and craft beer. They also have a charcuterie board you can order. The coffee collection is almost anything you can dream of. Im impressed with everything. Please if you have never walked in please do. Thanks for expanding

I’ll start with the positives.

The building is super nice and clean. The drinks are good. The location is great.

Now the negatives.

The price seems a little higher than other places. But the biggest negative I have is how rude one of the employees was when I went through the drive through a few weeks back. I received a coupon from my son’s school early October. I went to try and use it. And it was already expired. I hadn’t even thought to check since the school just gave it to me like a month ago. It’s not the fact I couldn’t use the coupon it was how rude the guy was about it. He pointed it out about how the coupon had already expired and I said oh my bad I didn’t notice and he rudely stated “well it’s printed on the coupon.” Like clearly, but again I didn’t even think to check since I just received it a month before. I wasn’t trying to get him to honor it or mad it was expired. His whole tone about it was so disappointing.

A mixed bag. The coffee and other drinks are usually nice quality and well made, however there are a few issues.

The drinks are more expensive then other local coffee shops, as any and all
modifications are individually charged. The lattes are high quality, but hardly contain any espresso in the larger sizes. The drinks are also filled to the brim with ice. Want it blended? That will be an extra dollar.

The chai is low quality and watery, which was disappointing for the price. Likewise, the burritos I ordered were tiny, and not filling for the price. Good coffee cake though.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help with any problems with orders. The building and bathrooms are clean, and the space is inviting.

Worth a try, but be prepared to spend quite a bit.

Drink was great. However, I made it clear I wanted very light ice. The barista acknowledged my request, but I was very disappointed when my cup was more than 3/4 filled with ice. Finished my drink in less than 10 minutes… “light ice” is not taken seriously at this place!

Today was my first day visiting. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Got a cold brew with cream. Delicious. I also learned that they have drip coffee. Going to try that next time.

Place is nice and clean and modern. Atmosphere was good and staff was great. But I will likely avoid given the prices. I had one 16oz latte with oat milk and modest flavor and the price with a 15% tip was over $9.00. Talk about sticker shock! If I would have not tipped, still $8.
