Absolutely a sleeper spot in Laramie. Best sushi I've had in town, amazing gyoza, beer, and udon too!!! Don't be put off by the outside of the building either, the atmosphere inside is fantastic and the service is top notch. I get so excited to go to this place every time!!!!! Also very reasonably priced

Unfortunately the building isn’t in the best condition and almost didn’t go in as it looked a little sketchy! But once you get past that the food is really good!!!

visited this restaurant, very cozy, good design. good service. I wanted to eat my favorite Kamjatang soup, or chimchitige, but it’s not here. I ordered bibimbap. I travel around America, Canada, and visit Korean restaurants. I lived in Korea for three years, I miss their very tasty dishes. They brought me bibimbap, but they didn’t bring me panchan, 🙄, I’m upset. They always bring chimchi, but here they didn’t give me chimchi. I was disappointed. Sorry.

Pleasantly surprised to find an Asian food spot in Laramie that was even somewhat close to the real thing! The menu is an eclectic mix of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese food. We ordered beef fried rice, stir fried spicy seafood, a baked salmon roll, and seafood noodle soup. The salmon roll was smaller than expected for the price but all of it tasted pretty good. The service was a little slow even though the place was relatively empty, and the restaurant may not seem the most modern/new but I was just happy to find some decent Asian food in Wyoming!

This place is out of the way, and it's easy to forget it's there. But the sushi is good and their Korean dishes are really good too!!!! 🙂 Lots of seating, friendly service, we come here as a family often.

Very excited to find a Korean restaurant in the middle of Wyoming. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot, and this place blew me away. Food was great (I recommend the kimchi pancake appetizer). We had the bulgogi, spicy chicken, and teriyaki chicken for dishes. All tasted great.

Laramie local: Sushi Boat is underrated. I like their take on bibimbop and they have lots of tasty rolls with good quality rice. Owned by a friendly Korean couple who deliver great food and service. Rarely busy and has plenty of space inside.

Unexpected surprise! We love trying different foods and this one was definitely worth driving over the mountain from Cheyenne to give it a try. This offers some of the best Korean food I have ever eaten. Even though some of our party can be a little picky, they loved the different food, especially the lunch boxes.

While the hotel is dingy and does not look appealing, not going in to try the Sushi Boat would be a mistake. They do offer sushi as well, but we had almost exclusively the Korean dishes.

We will definitely be back. Great job, great service, and great food.

First time eating at Sushi Boat and I loved it! They have great lunch meals for a good price with amazing quality! If you have never been I highly recommend trying out this hidden gem.

Surprisingly better than it looks! Complete with western-style tables, booths, and sushi bar; but also has traditional pillow-seating booths and a separate full bar area. The service was a tad slower, but not unexpected for freshly prepared foods. The food was definitely fresh. Well plated, and tasty. All 5 of us were pleased with the experience. 🙂
