If you’re reading this, you’ve seen the price and you’re getting that. However, the double-bed room was clean, had a tv for each bed, and even had a kitchen island creating a barrier between the two. Very comfortable setup.

Staff were lovely from check in to check out, and the complimentary breakfast is too good of a deal for the price! The woman at check in was kind enough to hold off the night audit until nearly 4 am when we finally arrived.

If you want fancy, go elsewhere. You want a cheap bed just off the freeway, this is a winner.

Only complaint is the lower level is quite noisy with people at all hours. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Well stocked and clean. The free breakfast is neatly arranged and frequently restocked with a nice selection of juice, coffee/tea, hot cocoa. Hot foods are scrambled eggs, crispy country potatoes and sausage. Waffle iron. Also provide cereals, oatmeal, muffins/bread/bagels. Has an outdoor pool which I didn’t get to try. I think it’s well worth the price point. Lots of fast food around the area. Would stay again.

Great price. The beds could have some kind of pad/mattress 'oomph'. Placer County Sheriff will patrol around there. Respect. I do like the rooms with the counter islands plus each bed has their own TV.
Breakfast in the morning til 9am. There's also a really great breakfast/mimosas restaurant next door called 'Early Toast' worth checking out.

Mattress was sagging and worn out. Lights bulbs missing and burned out. Shower curtain rod broken and sagging. Windows need to be updated, sounded like we were camping on the freeway. So much road noise. I have stayed here several times and never had such a terrible room. Also, lot less variety on the continental breakfast😩

Had a great stay. All the staff is very attentive and courteous. Room was super clean and bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in along time. It was also quiet and peaceful even on the weekends. Continental breakfast had a great selection of foods from eggs and potatoes to Belgium waffles, coffee,tea and assorted juices. Definitely worth a visit.

Positive: The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Negative: The bed was not comfortable - sunk in the middle. I didn't like the hard wood floors - they probably have the hard wood floors because of pets. Many people with dogs are at this hotel. The pillows for the king bed were small - only 4 of them.

I always choose Best Westerns when I stay because I'm usually content with my experience. I know some hotels are going to be cheaper but this hotel was not as cheap as you would think for the quality of our stay. Our heater did not work, it smelled like a weed store and cigarettes pretty much 24/7, there was a literally skid mark on one of our towels, and I found stranger toe nail clippings on the floor in our room. When my mom asked the staff if they could just change the towels and vacuum the room before leaving at 10am and returning around 8pm--it wasn't done. I don't think anyone should have to bring dirty towels to the desk after being away all day. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and usually never leave reviews but honestly, choose literally the one next door or any other hotel when visiting lol.
