Room was very clean & well kept especially considering it’s a budget motel. So nice to have carpet instead of cold hardwood floors. The owners are a very nice family, several members work in the business & all were very friendly & welcoming.
Great experience & I look forward to staying again.

Horrible motel, the 2 random people hanging around the check in office were obviously homeless and smelled horrible. The check in staff barely spoke any English and could barely check in. The random cars across the street we're selling drugs all night, yelling at each other, and blaring music. Barely slept at all that night due to all of this, plus randomly getting up every 45 mins/hour to check if my vehicle/belongings were not getting stolen. Once in the room, the bathtub had a 8inch scratch on the bottom of it. At about 1am, the neighbor decided to work on his motorcycle, rev the engine multiple times and did other stuff for approximately an hour. Horrible experience with this hotel. WILL NOT GO BACK

Edit for reply: the reservation was not under my name, it was under my significant other. One of the reasons why we did not address this at the time is due to your staff barely understanding English, he had asked if we had pets, we replied yes, he didn't understand, we repeated three different times. Here are the reasonw why none of this was addressed was the following
1)The drug dealing across the street, not on your property, so you can't do anything about it even if I complained.
2)The neighbor working on his bike outside, once he left... Nothing the manager could do.
3) The homeless outside the check-in office, after about 2 hours they had left
4) Concerning the crack in the tub, we only noticed this after we had unloaded everything and were settled in, and after driving close to 10 hours that day, we just wanted to shower and go to sleep.

I will give you this the area AROUND the motel is fine, good dining, multiple hotels, shopping areas, but the motel at this location is subpar at best

Felt very unsafe surroundings, plus the window screen was broken, the bed was sitting on the floor and bathroom fan was not working. Tried to cancel but the front desk said no refund. Ended up willing to lose the $80 one night's rent and staying across the street at days inn rather than risking our lives.

I usually do not leave negative reviews. I always try to find something positive. However, do not and I repeat do not stay here! I don't care how cheap you think it is it is not worth it. My girlfriend and I felt like we could get by on a budget we pulled up and immediately heard gunfire very nearby. There is open drug use all over the place, drug deals, and more. If you want to feel safe or or stay in a halfway decent hotel I highly recommend paying the extra $10 to go somewhere else.

The location is great as it is near a wide variety of restaurants. It is also walking distance from Fred Meyer, a supermarket.

However, this hotel is old. Our room has a table with a broken leg. There is no coffee machine in the room. The sink is not inside the bathroom but sits just outside. The toilet is old with a black ring around the bowl. The pillows are flat and thin.

There are other hotels near it like Best Western and Motel 6.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting and one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Ash burns on the tub and toilet, and reeked of more than just "cigarette smoke" even after specifically booking a non smoking room. Woke up the next day covered in bed bug bites. Front desk/and manager were not accommodating saying I would not get a refund unless they found "evidence" the day after my checkout date.

Would however recommend going to the Best Western next door, it's well worth the money after that experience!

"No smoking" room smelled like an ash tray and the air quality was nearly unbreathable.
Asked for a new room. New room smelled like smoke but not as bad. Air quality was still bad though.
Website advertised "breakfast" which was a granola bar and coffee. I hate being lied to, just say you don't serve breakfast.

Only good thing to say was there was no and or bed bugs that I saw. Lady at the window was nice and understanding of the room change.
