Friendly staff. Tracy and Toni are awesome. They do everything they can to make sure a guest has what they need for a good stay. We been here for a while for work and always stay here. Rooms are a little small but very comfortable. House keepers are nice and do a good job at keeping rooms clean. Whenever we have more work to do in the area we will always come back.

Positive: The Manager did allow me to use the laundry room which was in a hallway undergoing renovations. Negative: There was a terrible smell in my room. As a professional, it was very concerning as a likely embarrassment. You have to do something to restore a fresh smell.

Positive: "" Negative: It was dirty and smelled horrible. We didn?t even want to take off our shoes in the room let alone shower. My daughters and I slept on top of the comforters with our coats as blankets because the entire room looked and felt dirty.

Get a top floor room you will hear the loud creeping from them cleaning the top floor room at 7am. Also one of the keys will only work not both in case you send someone with the extra key to the room. Make sure you tell them to change the sheets and towels every morning if you’re there multiple days because they won’t do it.

Positive: The room was nice and clean . Negative: The water from the bathtub wasn?t going down like it should it was slow and the smoke alarm went off twice the smell of smoking was coming in and had to use a towel to block the air from coming in from the bottom of the front door.

Bed bug infestation!!! Tried to report it, but couldn't get any customer service. Still recuperating from a ton of bed bug bites! It is a dirty motel and they definitely need to call an exterminator as soon as possible!!! They also need better customer service. They didn't seem at all concerned when I called to report the bed bugs!
