The staff was very helpful and good at what they do. The manager addressed any concerns I had in a courteous and respectful manner. Will be returning soon. Their breakfast was also very good and the coffee was excellent.

Location was the only good thing about our stay.
The manager was making it seem like it was my fault for the customer service they provided and the dirtiness of the rooms.
Got sick due to mold in the AC unit.
The bed has never been fluffed or turned over, you could see the indents from previous stays.
The door was broken both to the bathroom and front door.
Key got demagintized after every time we used it.
The floor was not cleaned and could see the black streak marks.
The shower pressure was the worst with the knob being broken.
After complaining every day I was only offered a $40 discount which i never receieved and the stay cost me $600+.
Note to self even if you complain, you need to demand a different room for accommodations cause they forsure will not offer it to you.

We tried getting more towels and they kept giving us the runaround saying no we could only get towels if we had room service.

I have stayed here many times over the last three years and I have never had a bad experience. The owner and staff have always been friendly and helpful. Not just to myself, but to other guests I've seen in the lobby.

The rooms have always been clean, everything works. The parking lot is so clean it must be swept daily, and there are lush potted plants everywhere. I don't use the pool myself, but I have noted that many other Wyndham properties between Ontario and Banning that I've stayed at in the past have still not reopened their pools after the covid lockdowns.

My only suggestion would be to upgrade the rooms with one or two extra power outlets, as the hotel was built before the era when everyone started carrying around half a dozen rechargeable items when traveling.

If a zero were possible, that would have been my choice. Zero is definitely the personality score for the front dek person. Obviously, no interest in customer service. No towels at all. Not even a washcloth. In a stroke of genius (wish there was a sarcasm font), the handicap-accessible room is at the far rear of the property. Plus there are no designated handicapped parking spots near the room. Although I was able to park across from the room, the dip and slope made it difficult to traverse with a disability. This is one place I will not return to.

Nice room, no lock on the bathroom door tho 😐, air conditioning unit took very long time to cool room and didn't stay very cold. Pool was nice and clean. Had a great time. Lovely staff.

I've been here many times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is never rude. Housekeepers are friendly. The maintenance man loves on-site. The rooms are non-smoking, but there are to smoking areas, with benches, and gazebos to sit under. There are a few vending machines, as well as a Laundromat. You will be able to get quarters for the Laundromat at the front desk. The floors are a bit dirty, but I don't walk on hotel floors barefoot anyways. For this place I bring my Swiffer supplies. My daughter loves the pancake maker when we stay here. That's what they have for a simple breakfast, along with coffee, and some snack bars.
