We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years.
This time, over Thanksgiving, it was not clean and we felt unsafe as no outside doors were locked even at night. Anyone could enter the hotel at any time. In addition, breakfast was coffee and a prepackaged muffin. Our room was not freshened, no trash emptied and we had to ask for additional towels at the front desk. The shower appeared to have had someone punch a hole in the side of the shower wall and caulk was used to fill it. We will not stay here again and don't recommend it.

stay far far away. problems began with the persistent smell of manure in the room. killed a cockroach in the bathroom. holes in the walls and the bathroom light was non functional. bed was hard as a rock - i woke up every day with a nasty backache. staff was uncaring and disinterested. tv didn't work. black out curtains tattered and broken.

Stayed here last night. Didn't get checked in til 230 this morning. Got to our door and the peep hole wasnt covered meaning it was open and I could run my pinky finger thru the hole and see all the way thru to inside. Got inside and the room smelled extremely bad!!!!! Room wasn't clean. The curtains had stains all over them. I was afraid to even set my stuff on the floor. Hardly any hot water. Had to turn it all the way to hot for it to be warm. It also states breakfast was included so I asked the lady at the desk the time for it and she said oh it's just muffins and coffee behind me on a table. I was gonna ask for a refund but my son and I were completely exhausted from having to travel there bc my father in law was in the hospital there so we suffered thru it. No sleep at all bc it smelled so bad. Do not recommend staying there to anyone. My room was 127

The clerk was very nice and present. Being kind to strangers is a great achievement and that is what I felt. Thanks to super 8 service that I will be back.

No hot water. 6am cant take shower . Several rooms have no hot water. 30 degrees and snowing. Refunds should be awarded

Supposed to be smoke free, room reeks of cigarettes (and I'm a smoker. So if I can smell it, it's bad.) Burn marks all over bathroom sink, ink on pillows, curtains, wall, bathroom door, burn hole in the sheets. I reported to front desk. Were stuck with this room cause nothing else is available. Lady at the front desk was very nice. The fact the people who clean the rooms aren't doing their jobs properly, nor reporting this stuff I ridiculous!

No hotel staff, have to use a phone. The breakfast is pretty bad muffins. Coffee was ok, just had to run someone down to get creamer.
