We spent one night here on a trip to ride bikes on the Greenbrier River Trail. No-frills pretty much says it all. The room was clean and neat. Everything in the room worked as it should. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast downstairs was light and full of carbs. Parking is convenient, although I worried about parking near the back door. The area was not well lit. Truck was fine in the morning. All in all, good deal for the price.

Didn’t know Super 8 had suites, but when we were offered a suite for $20 extra, we took it. Large room with king bed, comfortable chair and small pull-out sofa, desk, chair, and small refrigerator. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but would say there again. We travelled 2 hours to meet family for dinner and program at Carnegie Hall.||Stayed the night so we didn’t have to travel late at night back home.

Good value for the money. When you pay $57 a night your expectations aren't high. However I was surprised. The queen room is spacious. The bathroom vanity is good sized for toiletries. Furniture is dated and worn though. My only real gripe is the lack of USB outlets. This is the 21st century right? Maybe invest in a multi outlet USB port for those of us without dial phones? Just a thought. Good value for quick stay.

I was driving on a trip Illinois to Virginia when my truck overheated and I had to pull into the super eight hotel. It turned out to be the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager even allowed me to leave my nonworking vehicle in their lot and held onto the keys to make sure the tow guy got the keys and towed my car to its final destination. I feel like they went over and beyond and I very much appreciate them.

Positive: Certain staff have been very understanding & don't come off being judged towards me & my family regarding our current situation. They have also been accommodating to any needs while staying here. Negative: How extremely noisy other guests are 24/7, but especially during the most inappropriate hours (12am-7/8am) & it continues through the entire morning. I'm talking noisy in every aspect & it'snever addressed. The smell of smoke is crazy.

I would not stay here again. Holes in the tub, literally can spread diseases. Phone did not work. Sink below my waist with no stopper. Room 130 was noisy from people talking at back door at 3AM. The carpet was dirty. If it had not had clean sheets would have left. I give them a 1 star rating.

For this level of hotel, this particular one in Lewisburg is near the higher end of cleanliness and quality versus others. It’s still a Super 8 but it’s better than most of the others at this price range IMO. Great value. I recommend.

Positive: The staff, both evening & overnight! They were very prompt & prepared with fresh coffee at o?dark thirty! Negative: Better detailing for housekeeping, although they are maintaining current standards with the shift in practices since COVID. I do believe the staff is keeping up the best they can in the time they are afforded.
