While Super 8 offered a satisfactory stay, the service I received from the gentleman at the front desk was truly exceptional. He was remarkably nice and went out of his way to be helpful. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made a significant impact on my overall impression of the hotel.

It was a great stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and they have breakfast. You can if someone is looking for affordable prices I recommend staying at this hotel. It is in a very convenient location.

I was looking for a place that had a working hot tub and swimming pool. The site said they did but after paying for the room online, I found out I was lied to and that was the whole point of getting a room because I needed to try and loosen up painful back muscles. Instead, I wasted the money on a room that had no way of helping me. I could have stayed home and at least tried bath salts in a tub I could have filled with water, because I can't even do that here either. Big let down and a huge learning experience not to believe what the sites say they have because they lie. Not a way to do business. Won't ever return

The staff was extremely helpful in fixing our payment issue getting our reservation re done so I could use my card. My daughter said the pool was warm and it was clean and clear. We wish the hot tub was working. The bed was clean and comfortable it was a pleasant stay I would come back again

Positive: Location was convenient Negative: It was so much dirtier and more run down than the pictures. The hot tub was broken. There was a huge leak in our room so we had to be moved to another room that was dirty and covered in graffiti. The breakfast was only granola bars.

First room I was assigned had 2 red stains on the bedsheets (I have pictures). After getting a new room (with dime size holes in the bedsheet - have picture), I found out there was no hot water to be had (yes... I was told to let the water run for 20 minutes - insane). The lack of hot water was motel wide and lasted (at least) from when I checked in at around 7:30pm on Monday until I checked out at 8:00am Thursday. My coffee maker did not have a tray for the coffee (missing) so I had to wait for the breakfast bar to open even though I had work to do well before 6:00am.||There was no overhead light in the front of the room (there was a switch on the wall) so anytime I got to the room when it was dark I had to feel my way around to the bedside lamp or the wall lamps at the center of the room.||The desk chair had stains on it that defies any description (I have pictures).||When I pointed out that this motel was actually breaking Washington State innkeeper laws by renting rooms when no warm/hot water was available, I got a shrug from the front desk attendant (WAC 246-360-040 section 3).

Good place. Great staff! Nice place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. TV channels were good. Housekeeping team works very hard. Whenever I need anything they were more than willing to help and always help very quickly. We enjoyed the pool
