Comfy pillows, great staff, can't complain for a temporary spot while I work in town. I slept great. Endless orange juice at breakfast? Yup.

Kinda mid coffee though, could use some good creamer options.

I will stay here again. It's nothing fancy but sometimes you don't need all that. For a super 8 next to a mall, I was pleased. Thanks guys for the great stay.

Rooms are a little outdated, but that's reflected in the low cost. The service beyond makes up for the furniture. Christina was so helpful with all my questions and has the most cheerful attitude I've ever come across in the hotel industry. She put a smile on my face every interaction I had with her. The location of this place is prime. It's a beautiful walk to nearby restaurants. Across the road is a liquor store with the best selection I've ever seen in my life. Honestly, it's not the place for picky people who expect the Hilton quality at these prices. You get what you paid for. The pool needed to be cleaned, but as long as you shower after, meh! It's cleaner than a lake. Biscuits and gravy for the included breakfast was amazing. Also had frosted flakes, a banana, and apple juice.

This trip has completely changed my view of Super 8. This was the second location from this brand I enjoyed the pleasure of lodging in during these last few days, and both were excellent in nearly every way.

In the area where I'm from, rooms at Super 8's are the ones you book only after learning Motel 6, and Red Roof Inn, and all the other small "value" brands nearby have no vacancies.

However, here in the Pacific Northwest, I've discovered Super 8 might should actually be the first and only place to stay when you're on the road for work.

My company, like so many others, utilizes the services of CLC to locate and book rooms. If you're familiar with that arrangement, you're aware not all hotels are appreciative of the business CLC can steer their way, and the fact is there's a fortunately limited number of lodging establishments who will not accept reservations from CLC no matter what.

The end result is often a hassle-filled check-in process that is the absolute number one thing no weary traveler wants to experience.

However, as was the case with the first Super 8 I visited on this trip, this brand is among the most CLC-friendly I've experienced. So, checking in at both locations took less than 3-4 minutes, and was a total non-event.

This, I know, is at least partially, if not almost solely, made possible by the truly outstanding members of Super 8's nighttime front desk staff. Here again, the nice lady at the front desk was seriously nice...like, as nice as it gets.

Beyond that, the rooms are clean and fresh and everything works, nothing's torn or damaged, and there are no funky smells to turn your stomach.

I know I will be staying here exclusively every time I visit the area, and I think you should too.

Generally kind of a dated look to the common areas and rooms. But this doesn’t affect the comfort and cleanliness. The beds & pillows are very comfortable. The room is neat and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast could be better, but it’ll doin a pinch. Overall very happy with our stay.

Family friendly. Staff were friendly and showed good coworker interactions all around. |Breakfast had great options. |Pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. — no rinse off shower in pool area. |Furniture and some fixtures outdated but worked correctly. |Housekeeping could do better with overall cleaning. Our lamps/shades had not been dusted for a while. And corners had dust bunny build-ups.

Front desk staff, Ibrahan, was very rude and unhinged. He told guests checking in behind us that he just had to deal with 2 Karens. I had left my ID at home, and we tried to nicely persuade him to let us check in with my daughter's ID since she has the same last name and address. He kept telling us it was policy. Then he told us to calm down. We weren't talking loudly or being rude! He finally let us check in with a picture of my ID. Once we got to our room, which smelled musty, we discovered that there were many spots of what looked like dried blood on one of the top sheets. I showed Ibrahan the picture, he stepped back looked at me with a confused look, so I zoomed in on the stains. At that point he started screaming I am not blind; you need to leave. You have an hour to get off the property. I turned to the 3 men sitting in the lobby, one of whom had been denied a room, that he had already paid for on Expedia, because they didn't have any clean ones and asked if we were being rude. They said no we have no idea what just happened. Ibrahan then said he was calling security. We went and got our belongings. When we got back to the lobby 15 minutes later he said that we needed to wait because he had called the police. While we were waiting for the police we were mocked and my 5 month old grandson was made fun of, by Ibrahan. Police came talked to all of us, and said because it was a business and a complaint was made we had to leave. Ibrahan told the police that there were 2 women fighting in the lobby. Which was not the case. He lied in order to get police to show up. I tried to get a refund through Expedia but Ibrahan denied it. I called the hotel the next day and asked to talk to the manager. I was told she was busy and would look at the video footage and get back to me. She still hadn't gotten back to me by noon of the next day so I called again. Makayla told me that Christina was out sick and that she would try and help. I told her what had taken place. She called me again the next day and said that they would give me a refund. Not once did the manager call me and express how sorry they were for what we had gone through. Don't stay here!

Went there for the hot tub. Was Busy but came back after 9 pm.and soaked for 20 min. And let the backside relax . Clean room and nice environment. Super nice staff and everything went smoothly. Had to plug my phone into the USB slot to charge. Just brought a cable without the 120 volt adapter. I used to places having outlets for cables.

Friendly, competent staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Great pool temperature. The pool is a major reason we stay at your location. Heating unit a little noisy. Good location.||Any chance of bringing back the boiled eggs would be appreciated. Appreciate the yogurt. Some plain unflavored yogurt would also be appreciated.
