The room was very clean.. the two guys at the counter were great. We were in room 104 visiting from pa. They were super sweet.. also whoever the front desk dude was , the computer chair in the room beside us was sickkk.. the morning am girls were super sweet. We enjoyed the stay and was well needed after 14 hours drive

Positive: There was lots of restaurants to choose from close by the hotel. Negative: The staff took a long time to get us our room and the shower curtain was too small for the shower and there was water all over the floor..

Was there for 7 days only because I booked a room in advance and could not get a refund axcording to the website the room smelled bad they not one time came to take out trash ar leave clean towels finely had to get my own The heater and air conditioner woul quit working. I would have to get up and tape on The wall socket that it was plugged into for to come back on.

Great sleep from good mattress and no noise no cigarettes no odors not much of a breakfast. At 8 am just coffee and a couple if sweet rolls. Some guest came to the breakfast and went to front desk and complained so they brought out more sweet rolls abd bananas and more milk for cereal. Mc Donald's here we come!

How is this building still standing? How is this place still operational? How hasn’t Super 8 shut this location down or the health department shut it down?||The card lock on the exterior door does not lock. The stairs feel like they’re barely hanging on. The a/c unit looks like there mold inside the vents. The tile in the flooring is cracks. Nothing seems level. Do not feel comfortable storing clothing inside of drawers. The a/c freezes over. When unplug it looks like the plug is about burned up. ||Avoid this place!!

Positive: I like the price but I guess you get what you pay for. Negative: Room was non-smoking but the hallways & stairways stunk with smoke. An employee was smoking at hotel entrance. The room had a clean & comfortable bed but the window curtain had brown stains & old furniture w/missing handles. Coffee & cereal breakfast!! Negative: ""

1.Took over an hr to find someone to check us in. Called from cell phone called from their house phone nobody. Called priceline to cancel they finally found someone to check us in.
2. Room was not up to par. Smelled of disinfectant and musty. Carpet hasn't been vacuumed for a while. Plastered holes in walls unpainted. 2 pillows for king size bed that were very flat. Bed not able to be pushed toward headboard kept losing pillows. Barely able to look out windows dirty and cloudy. No cups for water or coffee refig didn't work and TV was on the blink.
3. Let's talk breakfast....brown bananas,little Debbie honey buns and cinnamon swirls Danish in plastic. Yes there was dry cereal but couldn't find any milk or bowls or silverware. Coffee was the only saving grace. Dry creamer and a few sugar packs. Yum. The pizza oven looked heavily used but not cleaned. Recommend to pass on this place.

The whole situation is gross. I was in Hartford for a wedding for a few nights and just needed a cheap room. I know you get what you pay for, but this place was giving vibes that made me want to start a crack habit. I gave two stars on the room because I do not SEE any bedbugs. But who knows, that could be subject to change if I start getting itchy a week from now.
