My partner and I love this place! Second time we have stayed here. They have a resident outdoor cat and the rooms are very clean. The daytime and nighttime staff are super friendly, especially Lori. We had a nice chat when I grabbed breakfast. Nice conversation like that feels rare these days at hotels and motels. Will definitely be back!

I booked a stay at this filthy hotel I complained about my room being filthy. Pulled the covers back and there was a ball of hair. The bathtub drain looked the same as there was hair clogging up the drain the carpet looked and felt like it hasn't been vacuumed in days. When I complained I was pretty much pushed to the side as they said they would come look at the room which never happened. Now I learned what they did do to fix the problem was put me on the do not rent list when asked why I was put on this list management told me cause they don't like the review I put on them. This place is trash. There's so many homeless people not to mention the druggies hanging out around this place. From the employee's to management this place is a JOKE best advice I can give anyone wanting to stay here is keep on driving do not stop at this dirty ass motel

You are paying for the experience you get! It's a very honest experience. Honestly, the room I'm in is extremely nice and cosy. I've been staying here while I'm looking for an apartment. It's right near Charleston but is NOT Charleston prices, which is a good thing! The breakfast is good and filling, but if you're wanting a waffle bar, go somewhere else. The staff is super kind to us when we need to extend our stay and respectful of our privacy. Some good fast food and restaurants are in walking distance, they're convenient for me and I'm disabled!

I love this place, it exceeds my expectations.

Positive: The location. There are decent stores and fast food restaurants near by. It?s easy to get to also. Negative: The lady at the front desk was the rudest person I ever encountered in my life. My daughter was crying and she made us leave the motel right after I rented the room for another night. I never received a refund like the lady said I was going to either.

I would give this hotel a 0 star review if I could. I booked a 4 night stay, the first three nights I was continuously at the front desk about the people above us who had 4 children and were running across the floor above us at all times of night and day to the point where the fire alarm fell off of the roof of my room. Melissa was very rude and disrespectful every experience I had with her. She kicked me and my five children from the hotel with no explanation. Melissa and the maintenance man were yelling at me, my brother, and my children as we were trying to pack our stuff to leave. They continuously harassed us until we left. They called the cops and claimed they kicked us out at 12pm when infact they told us to leave around 6pm. Melissa refused to give me a refund. I have been to many super 8's from Arizona to West Virginia and this has been the worst by far.

This was horrible, I will never go back!
The room smelled disgusting of mildew, the carpet was dirty, the commode was ready to fall over, the vent in the ceiling was ready to fall on your head, you had stuff to make coffee but no actual pot! The door hinge on the cupboard was broke. While showering, I grabbed the top ledge of the shower and had dirt on my hands 3 inches thick. The beds are hard.you could smell Skunk don’t know if it was real, but I’m sure it was the smokable kind every time you walked out side. And there was a spoon in the drawer for someone else that was there before us!
The only thing was the bedding was clean, But it smelled because of the room smelling like mildew. And the location was convenient.
I feel like I should have been paid to stay there!

It was just weird. The room that was rented was given to someone else. The room heat didn't work, the remote was dead, front office didn't have batteries. . And the worse part was the bugs in the room.
The good news is water was hot and the fridge worked well, they had a complimentary breakfast house keeping was friendly

Positive: Very caring group of employees. Negative: The only issue was the amount of trash around the hotel. Probably blew over from the shopping center. The trash the hotel look worse than it actually is.
