We had an extremely pleasant stay at this super 8. The hotel clerk,Karla, was very professional and helpful with checking in. Her positive attitude is contagious. The room was decorated to modern standards, clean and inviting. Property grounds were clean also. We also enjoyed the pool. When we return to Dothan for visits we will definitely be staying there. Pleasantly surprised at a chain hotel.

The lady who works the front desk is absolutely horrible and has a nasty attitude not very good customer service. The fact we got there and not even being in the room 5 minutes a roach was in the room. Went and told the man switched up to another room and there was a wood roach ? in the other room as well. They made us pay a $50 fee up front and after we left we cleaned the room nothing was messed up and they took $30 more dollars from us when we didn’t even do anything in that room. Called them asking them why they took the money from us she proceeded to hang up on us. Called back to the front asked for the manager and he said that they didn’t charge us. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!! they said they didn’t move us to another room when we clearly was up stairs and then moved us to down stairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Also let’s not to mention it says FREE breakfast included but your breakfast is a granola bar! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Positive: Great staff. Very helpful. We needed a handicap accessible room and they were very accommodating Negative: The room was supposed to be non smoking, but obviously the room had been recently used by a smoker. They attempted to spray to eliminate the odor but it can back within an hour

My stay at the Super 8 in Dothan Alabama is Very Enjoyable! the bed was Very Comfortable and the pillow Exquisite! The room was clean and the Continental breakfast was also Very Appetizing! I look forward to going back to Dothan Alabama next year so I can stay at that Super 8!

This is a great hotel for the price. Room was clean, everything was in good working order. Very quiet. It has a great location, the pool was open and well maintained, and the owners are delightful and very helpful. I will definately stay again!

Had a wonderful time. There !!!! Karla was awesome ! And very helpful in so many ways !!! Will most likely stay there again when I'm in the area !!!! Clean quiet and comfortable environment with a nice pool ! I've stayed at most if not all the motels in the area and this one on average is definitely on the top shelf of the choices that Dothan Alabama has to offer in my opinion !!!

The staff here is amazing and very polite. The room was also clean and very well maintained. There are some fast food places to eat close by . It’s perfect location for travelers because oil and tire shop is directly in front . I will definitely be revisiting.

Cash required for deposit and stingy with towels. Front desk attendant not friendly. Room cleanliness lacking. Why do you need such a long review. Who wants to write an essay on their experience at a hotel. This is ridiculous to require 200 words.
