The staff was extremely kind and professional. Dennis made sure that the breakfast was always running smoothly. He always made sure stuff what full and was extremely apologetic when the pancake mix was empty this morning and ran to get us more. I have 5 children under 5 and they have been extremely accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Went there for business. The rooms were clean, the heat worked well, the tv was nice, and the shower was wonderful. Housekeeping never took the trash only reason for not 5 star
Staff was friendly, . It was nice. We actually felt appreciated. It was nice to relax. One of the better places to stay in Charleston. Not far from food or drink. If I come back to WV Charleston. I will definitely keep this place in mind

The exterior doesn't look like much but the room was spacious, clean and nicely laid out. Shower was good and it was nice to have na elevator to get to the upper floors. The evening office staff lady was very friendly and helpful. Coffee and muffins for breakfast were good. Great location off the I-77S & some fast food places & gas stations nearby.|Other than not being able to get into the wifi everything was great.|We would stay there again!

We were very pleased after being a little discouraged at the exterior. It it doesn't exactly look run down but it doesn't look as nice outside as it did inside. There were the usual riff Raff for a value hotel but nothing threatening. Hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Literally NOTHING Negative: EVERYTHING. Drug addicts live on site and try and talk to your teenaged daughters. Rooms smelled of cigarettes and mildew. We did not feel safe staying here at all. The photos are very deceiving. The staff was extremely cold.

We always stay here when we visit Charleston . We could stay at nicer motels but this one is perfect. The housekeepers do an excellent job maintaining the roles and leaving that just cleaned feeling when u first open the door. The rooms have been remodeled and it's a perfect place for location. It's always been quiet there. Front desk at night can be a little moody and not so friendly...I had a night audit job for 4 years and I managed to always be friendly. It's a basic easy non stressful job...no reason why
they can't be friendly rather than act as if I am interrupting their channel surfing. That would be my only negative so far!

Our room was clean I was really surprised how clean it was it smelled fresh not musty and the bathroom was very clean no hair or bugs anywhere, and the front desk staff was awesome, the breakfast was plentiful and again the front desk went out of there way to make sure we could have a comfortable stay due to a death in our family.

Beware of the pet friendly deposit 🧐🥺🤔😨💀 $100.00 thanks Mr. Manager, I love the staff he has here. I don't know names, but one spry ole feller that works here was laughing at me for leaving the car Windows open and the trunk up All day 😀.
