This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The owner greeted me at check-in and we had a very pleasant conversation, making me feel like I was a guest in his home. I wanted a ground floor room and he not only was able to accommodate me, but also gave me a free upgrade to a room that was recently remodeled. The room was very comfortable. Plenty of available electrical outlets clean and functional. I will stay here every time I come through Barstow.

This place is a dump in need of major renovations. Don’t be fooled. ||This place is way overrated. It doesn’t make any sense for this dump and totally led us down a wrong path. There are so many things wrong here and we left early. The first and worst is the smoke detector was disconnected. Then the Key card was not set for 2 days use and locked us out after 1 day. The shower curtain is not made for this tub and does not contain water, there are loose wires around the room. But what set the tone was the owner trying to charge for an “upgraded room” upon check-in. Seriously? You’re lucky anyone stays there. It is obvious not many rooms are habitable at all. We stay at a lot of hotels and don’t mind a cheap dive but we left this one early as everything felt wrong. Yes the elephant towel art was fun but not enough to overlook all the problems. The pool looked clean for kids on a warm day.

A great Super 8, with very hospitable management. Clean and comfortable room, cute elephant towels on the bed. Spotless sheets and towels. Nice breakfast area in the morning, with excellent coffee. Quiet, well lit parking area. Overall, a very nice stay.

A great little gem in Barstow. Kind welcome at the front desk upon check in. Clean and comfortable room, spotless sheets and towels, extra touches in the room. Great breakfast in the morning, excellent coffee. Quiet, safe and well lit parking lot. Recommend!

Rooms were a good size. The front desk was very accommodating when asking for more conditioner or lotion. Breakfast is very limited; children will not be fulfilled by this breakfast. It was very awkward to ask for more eggs or bread from the staff.

I arrived tired and very late. Was greeted at the front desk by a friendly smile and a little conversation. The room was clean and comfortable. At checkout, the staff was super friendly and just so kind.

Best deal on 17 week road trip! Off main road, on old 66, Upgraded and excellently managed by Raj! A pleasant surprise after a long drive... I was expecting an older maybe slightly depressing motel, but NO! Clean, like new, and cheap! And the manager Raj was a delight to talk with!

The hospitality was amazing! They were exceptionally wonderful people hands down one of the best motels we have stayed at in our travels from arkansas. Room was very clean beds were soft and cozy exceptional customer service would highly highly recommend this motel! Owners are wonderful people. They even matched price I found and give it to me little cheaper. Pet friendly also
