The room was not really clean and is missing crucial elements like a nightstand lamp or a desk. The blanket was full of burn holes. We didn't feel completely safe even though the hotel is behind a fence. The parking lot serves as place for shady business and as a garbage dump. The "breakfast" is coffee and one granola bar...

WARNING!

We visited this hotel and had a terrible experience. Unfortunately, the hotel fails in every aspect, from cleanliness to, even worse, security.

We had reserved a night, and when we arrived late at night, I noticed that the property had a gate, with a lot of vehicle traffic entering and leaving, none of which appeared to be guests.

There were also several people rummaging through the trash in the parking lot. During check-in, the staff member was helpful, but I noticed a lack of professionalism as he had reserved a room for me, and then immediately after, another guest arrived, and he gave the room to her instead.

When I checked the room, it was dirty, with stained floors and a lot of dust.

I decided to cancel the stay as the location was not suitable. I requested a refund and explained the reasons, and the staff understood.

My assessment is that the area has many homeless people and addicts.

Everything was covered in dust & grime. Floors were so dirty that I left footprints in the tub and bed. Bed linens had hair on them, same with towels. Seems like housekeepers only come in to make the bed and not actually clean anything else.
Location is horrible. Tweakers and prostitutes around the area.
Don’t waste your money unless you’re really desperate.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! all the other reviews are false. The room was dirty. There were dried urine on the toilet, bed sheets and pillow cases with mysterious stains. No rail to hang clothes. There are roaches. The people staying in the other rooms look like they are up to no good. But the front desk clerks were very polite. You are better off going to Studio 6 on White ln. Their beds r way cleaner and way comfier.

Was given the wrong room key. Walked into a room with multiple people up to no good. Was dangerous and front desk corrected the mistake.
But the people were angry. Then my room was right next to them. So wasn’t very comfortable stay

Guy at the front is not all there. Did not provide receipt or anything, something fishy is going on . I would have let it slide if he would have had better customer service. Long story short the owner is getting played for cash transactions.

During our travel from Vancouver BC, to Mesa AZ this place had the absolute best customer service we've experienced in both countries. It was so lovely to be treated with a smile and above and beyond service and not an assumption for staying at a motel.
The gated entrance made me feel extra safe, the room was squeaky clean, and they allowed my dog to join.
My only complaint is that the fridge was loud and could use a good wipe down but that's nothing a replacement won't fix.
12/10. Thank you for a lovely stay and the warm hospitality.
