Okay, let’s be real — this place is a little run down. Yes, there are some stains on the furniture, and yeah, I saw one or two… “working professionals” outside. But for $60 a night, I wasn’t expecting the Ritz. What really surprised me was that the area itself is actually solid — not sketchy at all. There’s a Starbucks literally 30 seconds away, and it’s close to a lot of good stuff. Definitely not a ghetto location.

The room itself was fine. No bedbugs, sheets were clean, everything worked okay. The only weird thing was my shower — it would only spit out hot water, so I had to kind of use a tub and bucket situation to rinse off. But again… it’s $60.

Pro tip: When you check in, just take a quick video of the room and again when you check out. It helps avoid any issues with your deposit, just in case.

Bottom line: If you’ve traveled before (especially in countries like the Philippines), this place won’t shock you. It’s functional, it’s affordable, and it’s in a decent area. Manage your expectations and you’ll be fine.

It's terrible service as of now is in the negative. Trying to upgrade our room. The bed has burn holes is dirty and very loud, banging it terribly. Definitely trying to look elsewhere.

First of all this place should be able $33 night as far condition goes. It looks like it's been needed to be remodeled or they started to remodel it and stopped the floor. The bath was slimy and just not worth what I paid for but it was non-refundable. I didn't mean to book at this particular hotel or location but when I got here I could not be refunded so I stayed honestly. $33 a night is being nice. It shouldn't be more than that and And also there was an irate lady before I could even park run around screaming at two or three men. It was very hostile outside environment with eight poorly kept interior. If you want to go to a rundown get you place. This is the one to go to for sure. I'd like a complete refund but they won't do it. So no if you book here do it on purpose cuz you're not going to be impressed by anything

Positive: Nothing Negative: There was no hot water, the continental breakfast was nothing as we expected & we waited for nearly an hour on staff before we could check in. My wife had a criminal investigator ask if she was a staff member. Unacceptable

They showed a fair price on the website, but they told me way more money when I went there. I was mad and tried to reserve online, but their website wouldn’t give me a non-smoking room. I was asking the front desk why this was happening, but he was lying and put me in the smoking room. I was tired and chose not to ask him again. Also, their wifi is unsecured.

When checking in I was offered a smoking room, even though I booked a non-smoking room, which immediately gave me vibes that they judge people who check in to the hotel by the color of their skin. I booked with Wyndham points and received terrible service because they were not receiving cash from me every day. I checked in April 4. I did not receive a trashcan after asking every day until April 13. I asked for a desk chair and the attendant pretended like he didn’t understand what I was asking for it wasn’t until I mentioned that I actually do the Wyndham reviews that I started receiving better service by then it was only two days before me checking out. I was also hit with a rule that was especially for me after I told them that I do reviews. They told me that if I was planning on staying at the hotel that I could only stay for two weeks and then I would have to check out for two weeks and then come back when clearly the smoking side of the hotel has guests that have lived there for years. I was very dissatisfied with the way that I was treated, even though I didn’t cause any problems I didn’t make any noise. I did not smoke in my room although I was asked several times was I smoking in my room and reminded that it was a non-smoking room of course I paid attention and noticed that certain people were treated differently at this hotel again, I stayed during masters week so you can pretty much guess who this certain people were.
