This place has no housekeeping services no contenintal breakfast or any breakfast for that matter. The room is clean and bug free.

For a weekly, it's perfect. No one bothers you if u don't want. But if you want it is cozy enough to sit outside, talk s**t ,drink a beer and have laugh.

Nice quiet place to live. No annoying people, nice managers. Everyone minds their own business. Love it. Its not fancy at all, rooms could use some updating and renovation but it's clean and I'm happy!

This is an old Motel/Kitchenette. With that said, I never had to lock my vehicle, never worried about my belongings, etc. No drug dealing, no one selling themselves, and no gang activity. Art is the Manager and a good dude. He keeps the trash out of there. When you see him tell I said I forgot to lock the laundry room. Hahaha! A++++ Thanks again for everything, Art.

Small units, does do weeklies, but if you have a cell phone don't expect any service there. It's blocked for some reason. Other than that. Clean and quiet.

I'll stop by and to look for a room to rent at motel sunshine the manager told me I need a $200 deposit so all together it would be $410 for 3 days and you would get $130 of my deposit back 70 went to clean the room I went to motel 6 and it cost $243 for 3 days I put up $30 deposit and when I checked out I got my $30 back I wasn't very happy with the Sunshine

This place is garbage. The guy who runs it is ignorant. Doesnt allow service animals regardless of laws. Room was dirty. Never got my deposit back
