Horrible
It was a dusty rusty Gross 🤢🤮 room. I don't recommend renting at this motel.
The motel had cigarette butts outside and inside the bedroom the restroom was disgusting and dirty sink. The restroom had a used half a roll of toilet paper. Rent renting on your own risk and you won't get your deposit either. Very poor customer service. They need to remodel their units remodel the whole property and new management. If you like to smell caca go ahead and rent there. Thank you.

It’s actually not that bad.
On the outside it just SCREAMS drug dealers and street walkers. But I must admit that the room itself was fairly decent and well kept.
The bed was very comfortable, pillows were cheap as shyt, you need like five per person.
The floor and walls were clean and free of damage and marks.
The overall score for me was due to the price( I’ve learned everything in California is overpriced) and the level of discomfort from the other patrons, the parking lot can get pretty busy during evening hours.
It’s kinda distanced from any real experience, minus the three gas stations right on the corner, and a Latin restaurant next door.

Once arriving at the motel, I buzzed for the manager to get my room key. On entering the room, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The refrigerator worked fine but the turn table in the microwave was not working right. Later on that night, after being out all day, there was a hypodermic needle in front of the space that I parked in. I went to the office and buzzed for the manager to let her know. She responded with "nobody has been in your room". I wasn't insinuating that. I wanted her to move it because I didn't want to touch it and I had my daughters with me and I didn't want them to be in contact with it. The next morning, the needle hadn't been moved and so I kicked it across the parking lot in front of the managers office and let the armed security guard know. After returning to our room from our day trip, the housekeeping hadn't gone into our room to replace any of the towels that we used or make the beds. Fortunately, we didn't need any of the amenities that were left in the room (soap, razor, toothbrush, etc.). The neighborhood was less than desirable. I was flipping through the TV channels and saw a porno channel that was very inappropriate for anyone who is staying there with children. I will never be returning to this location or referring anybody that I consider a friend. This is a place to take a hooker.

If you're just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep, this is the place. Nothing fancy. In fact, several of the dresser drawers in our room didn't have handles on them, but we didn't care. The room was spotless and smelled good, and there's free wi-fi.

When you book a room at a low-cost place in a distant city, you sometimes wonder whether there might be questionable people loitering around, but there was nothing like that at any time the Sunset. Everything was quiet and we felt perfectly safe. We would definitely go back the next time we're in Pomona.

I will say that the room was at least clean. Very bare and plain. But the biggest issue was that the employee that checked us in couldn't even put down her phone down for one minute. We couldn't get our key to work so she had to come open our door and she was even on her phone through all of that. We never did get a key that worked so at midnight when we came back from our event she had to come let us in again. I will not be staying there again.

This is the worst place ever. I was with my 1 year old son and I wanted a 2 bed , room. I got there and payed come to find out they were out of 2 beds after they charged me . I didn't get a refund for almost 4 days . means I was out 100$ . on my vacation. The guy at the front desk was so horrible he even said a threat asking if I was going to kill him. He was the worst and he was the manger. His wife should have stepped up and offered to help she stood quiet while I was getting yelled at in front of my child. If I could I wouldn't even give this place 1 star

Although Pomona has a bad rep this place would recommend to anyone wanting to stay for a couple days. Front desk was polite & check in was easy since the reservation was last minute Fri night. They provide the essentials. Room was spacious & quiet. Absolutely will come back

I had stuff stolen from my car I had someone knock on my door in the middle of the night and tell me my trunk was open of course I didn't go check. It is really loud from the traffic there was no sheet on the bed. $100 is $70 too much
