People at the office are amazing helpful and nice. Bathrooms and laundry room are clean. The whole resort is beautiful. There is a nice beach in front of the river that is groomed weekly. We will reserve a spot here again . My only complaint is the $50 a month charge for my 12 pound dog.

The staff at this place is unreal. Very helpful very accommodating. They take their time to make sure that you have what you need to the best of their ability. The sites are very clean and close to the water docs are clean. I had a family member rent one of the cabanas it was a little bit pricey but it is absolutely amazing the way they have them set up

Ten mile drive to get from the California side of the river back to AZ side for shopping, etc. Ants and more ants.. no matter if you set traps, spray or water the gravel.. they get in your rv and crawl on you at night. NO refund policy by owners if you decide to cancel and leave early. The establishment just wants your money. I would suggest finding somewhere else to stay if you are heading that direction!

No rooms for overnight stays. Everything was great. The new owners and staff are very accommodating. Mixed drinks are good and strong! Highly recommend. Try Sundance, you won't be disappointed!

We chose this resort for our maiden voyage of our new travel trailer to identify and work out any kinks (we are brand new to RVing though have camped a fair bit) We had a great relaxing time. The staff, from the first phone call to book to checking in, to the friendly and helpful neighbors made the trip fun. Our 2 high drive Border Collies loved the dog park and it was great they could get some good exercise a couple of times a day which makes our lives easier! Was disappointed to see some guests do not pick up after their dogs in the park but the grounds keeper was doing an amazing job of keeping everything clean and smelling good. Kudos to the whole staff. It would have been good to know that the restaurant/saloon was not in operation. The website made it appear it was.

We stayed in Villa #7 , it was so comfortable
They really went all out! Beautiful white sand private beach , palm trees, fantastic cabana, bbq, out door fridg, large patio , literally 15 steps to the water and the boat dock, which is right in front of the villa 7
I was very surprised at all the amenity's they provided. The view from the patio looking out on the water is to die for.

Wow talk about a disappointment and ruined vacation. Beautiful facility horrible, evil drunk manager. We planed our vist a year ago. Bought a new to me boat and had some unforseen issues. (Box anchor wouldn't stick so I had to beach it.) Came back from the Parker float and boat got loose and washed ashore.) My bad ... I tried to remedy the situation as quick as possible when this drunk woman drinking a beer yells at me "that boat has to go!" Im dead sober by the way.. Thinking it's just some durnk ignorant person, I just ignored her and continued to secure my boat. I drove it over to the dock to wait for my family to clean up and here comes this same drunk yelling at me, "you can't dock there!" Now I'm super frustrated and she just continues on... Im like look lady I'll be out of here in five mins then I'm trailering my boat... She continues on and is now yelling at me. My son couldn't take it anymore and starts yelling at her to go away (with other choice words) we are handling it.. She then yells "I'm the owner and get your rig and get out of my park." At this point I'm like fine were out of here. My son goes to hurry the family and he is confronted by some redhead guy wanting to fight. (Come to find out later it was the same guy wanting to fight me at the office later.||Anyway, finally got my boat trailered. Unhooked my truck and headed over to get my travel trailer. Spoke to another guest and he tells me just ignore her he had issues with her last year. He goes on to say she had been drinking, I should just go to the office and talk to the owner Craig. No luck he wasn't available. She instead comes to the office. I explained I didn't know who she was but just give me the money back for my last night and I'll leave. No luck. She continues in he power trip taking over me and now starts causing a sceen. Now I can't believe this is happening and my patience is gone. I raise my voice and and say fine you want to case a sceen here's your sceen and I leave. I'm then confronted by some redhead guy in the parking lot and he wants to fight. I go back.get my stuff and leave. Later a buch of these regulars.drive by our campsite and starts yelling obscenities at us. ||Needless to say this lady needs some serious training on how to handle guest concerns. ||||This could have all been avoided if she would have introduced herself, been respectful and understood I am the guest.
