We would’ve given them a 5, check in was smooth. However, they scolded us for having an order delivered to us at the park without indicating the space number. When we ordered the item, we had not arrived so had no way of knowing our space number. Additionally, even though they said they looked up our space number they gave UPS the wrong space number. They left a voice mail regarding this issue as well as scolded my wife.
Also they do not provide outgoing mail service and did not offer any solution for sending mail.
Other guests commented to us about the rudeness of staff.
We are on the fence about staying there again.

Stayed at Sun Rivers in December 2024. We were impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Checkin was easy and the lady was very friendly . The sites were well kept and level. The interesting thing I liked was that the site actually had 2 hook up stations for power and cable. We will definitely stay here again

Someone else described this campground as a little oasis on the road as you are traveling & that is a perfect description. Everything looks brand new. Staff terrific. Great location. Big pull through sites. Right next to a grocery store for restock needs & a Starbucks for a treat. Don't think it was designed for extended stays but perfect for a relaxing 1 night stop. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorites for camping. Coming from freezing Idaho, the weather is wonderful and there’s a Smith’s Grocery Store next door for everything you forgot. The receptionist is so nice and even gave the dogs a welcome Milk Bone.

Easy access off of 1-15. Long pull through sites with ample width. Dual set of hookups on pull through. Kathy and Leslie were awesome in the office, which is open 7AM to 7PM. Smiths grocery is within walking distance.

An Oasis from the Open Road. Chapter 1. After breaking down and getting a late start out of Vegas, we needed a RV space for one night. We called and Connie answered and told us there was space available and quickly made our reservation for the night. She met us as we pulled in and had a dog treat for our pooch.
After seeing what a nice park it is, we decided to make a return reservation for one night our return through Mesquite.
Chapter 2, on our return we got pulled in and set up for the night to get an early start in the morning. The next day as we were ready to leave the check engine light came on and we knew we needed time to make a repair plan. Spoke with Connie and she made arrangements for us to stay an additional night, suggested a mobile repair service that came to the park and diagnosed the issue. We made the repair and the next day were back on the road. Thank you Connie for your assistance and putting us at ease knowing we were in a safe location while broke down. This is a very well maintained park and the staff is extremely helpful!

We love this place. The staff takes such good care of you and the place is so very clean and huge spots for all your accommodations We stay here every year and it never disappoints us. Love the ladies in the office 😉😉
