We got married in Long Beach, CA on 10/12/24 and all of our guests said Summit's food was THE BEST they had ever been served at a wedding! I cannot recommend Summit Event Catering more! Pamela Aki especially was fantastic to work with. We chose the plated option for a guest count of just under 160 guests. We found the prices to be reasonable as compared to other vendors, and the quality of the menu, ingredients, and overall taste to be outstanding! Additionally, Summit allowed us to make several reasonable alterations to our chosen package, which we were really grateful for, due to several guest allergies, etc! Pam was incredibly communicative throughout our entire working relationship and we are so grateful. She made the process so easy! On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and the Summit staff was fantastic. We look back at the catering portion of our wedding with fond memories. Thank you Summit & Pam!

Our non-profit organization used Summit Catering on October 16th for an evening program and had heavy appetizers with a charcuterie station and beverages. The food was absolutely delicious and Veronica worked with us to meet our budget and put on an excellent event! We would definitely book Summit Catering again!

Spectacular Catering for Our Annual Destiny Dinner and Silent Auction!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Summit Catering and Events for our annual destiny dinner and silent auction honoring our local youth, and I can't say enough about the experience!

Under the leadership of Mardee, they delivered a truly magnificent dinner that left our guests raving. The flavors were exquisite, and every dish was beautifully presented. The highlight for many was the dessert—an incredible butter cake that was absolutely delightful and the perfect sweet finish to a wonderful meal.

We're so grateful to have Summit Catering in Santa Fe Springs. They made our event not just successful, but truly memorable. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service and culinary talent. If you're looking for top-notch catering, look no further!

I cannot recommend this company enough! I came in with an emergency situation two weeks before my wedding and got in contact with Mardee, thank god for her. Let me tell you she went above and beyond for me and my family, she even did a last minute tasting so we knew what to expect and it was so amazing, the food is 1000/10 and the day of the wedding it was even better. Such a great experience working with them. Even got to meet the chefs when visiting the office which was such a cool experience . They made a life long customer out of me and my family & friends !

We were at a marriage seminar in Fullerton and we're impressed enough with the food (the vegan option worked with my allergies) that I actually got their business card. There seemed like about 1,000-2,000 people, but the portions were way bigger than I expected: this lunch did not disappoint.
