First time here. Their cashier was very friendly and patient as we checked out the menu. I ordered a Chicken Katsu plate, a Poke bowl, and a strawberry banana smoothie. The chicken katsu was nicely flavored and crispy. The smoothie was refreshing too. From the poke bowl, down to the mac salad/toss salad everything was delicious and fresh. Good portions! Some of the best island dishes I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to visit again.🔥🔥

Absolutely divine plate. Best food in Fairbanks without the inkling of a doubt. Portions are incredibly generous for the price, 3+ meals out of the option A plate. Food was ordered and in my tummy within 10 minutes of walking into the restaurant. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the meal itself, often times I find myself repulsed by the food I ate after getting my fix, but Sukas quality demands that I keep going, pushing beyond my limits. Upon eating a meal from this euphoric establishment, a newfound sense of clarity is unlocked.

We got the shrimp and it was perfectly cooked and covered in a rich, flavorful sauce, with rice, and fresh salad. Great portion size and presentation. The flavors are incredible! Highly recommend!

A+ food, generous portions, and fair prices (if anything they’re under-charging). We got the chicken katsu, a poke special, and a soup of the day. The poke was particularly good. Fast service and good presentation. I always eat unholy amounts of poke when I travel to Hawaii so I’m familiar with the dishes served here; I’d be a weekly customer if I lived in Fairbanks.

I have been in Alaska for over 2 years and am originally from Hawaii. Let me just say, this is the best island food in Alaska. The portions are big, each dish is packed with flavor and the customer service is 10000/10. You can tell they put so much love and attention to detail in each and every plate they make. It felt like I was back home in Hawaii when I went to eat there! I 100% recommend coming here💕
