Ask for a third floor room. The downstairs rooms are loud with the people above. Both my daughter and I had to complain because the upstairs people were as loud as a three ring circus. The manager gave us an option for a free stay, to compensate. However, we don't have these in Michigan, and I'm certainly NOT going back east anytime soon. It was so bad that the rings on the sprinklers fell off...

I was satisfied with my stay; The price point was comparable for the lodging. The room felt clean, the mattress was fine for a night, the bed linens and towels smelled nice. I liked how the entire lodging is smoke free. The front desk staff was very nice.

This is a great place to stay if you want a good price and a spacious comfortable room. It is a typical extended stay hotel that is friendly and clean. Kind of in a strip mall area, not too far from downtown. In room and lobby coffee available, otherwise sandwiches in vending machines. We'd stay here again.

Clean, nice residence type of stay, with kitchenette, coffee, comfortable bed, and good service. The only drawback is it is not walkable to a restaurant/bar that was open (one taco place nearby, but looked closed to me). But it is near a main road with lots of businesses. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We needed a room for one night on our road trip and decided to stop in Morgantown. We were very happy with our room! It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The desk staff was OK, not particularly friendly but got us checked in smoothly. Seemed like a college student just doing his job and not especially excited about it.

Great experience from the start. At check-in, it felt like just staying with friends. They took care of everything so the family could spend more time together. If you want a great room with a kitchenette, this is the place to go. Out of all the hotels in Morgantown, this one is great. Plus it is very clean and the upkeep is taken care of when the problems is noticed. Thank you for the great trip.

WHAT a place to find!! Despite what Google maps will tell you, it is NOT on xyz Street...it is behind some commercial buildings, not on a street of any kind! After a few back and forth, I was able to see it tucked in behind. Odd kind of hotel, I'm sure focused for student housing...but they were extremely pleasant, and my one night stay was fine. No food facilities, just FYI...

Don't overlook this hotel. Not only are the amenities amazing (full size fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher with plates and utensils, cupboards), but it is so clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful I decided to book this hotel - the reviews don't lie! I can't recommend it enough!
