Welcomed very kindly and with a smile by Sam, who was very helpful during our stay! Loved the classiness of the room and for the inexpensive rate this motel was a steal! Truly appreciated the full size fridge and microwave. Very clean and spacious and a beautiful shower. Would stay here again!

Cheap and clean rooms not to far from the 15 freeway on and off ramps. Staff is super friendly and responsive to guests. I will definitely recommend.

Very bad over all. DISGUITHING PLACE 1st..Frnt office guy didnt even say HI or good morning! Only wanted me to pay and thats all. 2. The smell was like a dirty room. 3. SHEETS RIPED and OLD!! 4.Tv didnt work.. channels not able to be seing. 5. Only 2 towels when we were 3 people. I report it and lady at front office stated she was not able to help. 6. I asked for more BETTER CLEAN SHEETS!! She said they didnt have any extra!! I said I Pay for extra clean good sheets to sleep, she said dnt have any more. Ask for refund, OF COURSE DIDNT HAPPEND! Cause dumb myself didnt read No refunds!! I asked for other room CLEAN ROOM AND CLEAN SHEETS!! SHE SAID all rooms are the same.. DIISGUSTING!! 2nd room only 1 bed was allright, of course ugly and not clean sheets bt not as much RIPPED!!! never going back again and it was only FOR 1 DAMN NIGHT. WORTS NIGHT OF MY LIFE

The place is overpriced on their rooms. The tv is a old cathode ray tube. The dish has 8 channels and one porn channel. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are a joke. They only put 2 towels in the bathroom and charge you extra if you need more for your kids. There's no coffee pot in the room. The internet is slow and they tell you that they have no control of the internet and if the company that provides there service is down then there's no internet and nothing they can do about it. The man who checked me in was ride and smelly. I had to pay cash for the room because their machine wouldn't take my card which worked everywhere else. Rooms are small and cramped. Would not have stayed here if the rest of the hotels were not already full up and won't again.

DONT STAY HERE. I live in Hotels. Truck driver. I love being accused everyday for my brother or girlfriend visiting me. I tip,I treat the room well. Still,apparently they're DOING ME A FAVOR.? Then I want breakfast. No oj, no cereal, no toast. Nothing. Then I want ice.... I kid you not,.50cents a bucket. Yup. They CHARGE FOR ICE. when I checked in, they said the tv was temporarily out. I asked how long, probably just a couple days. .... 7. Seven. Sssseeeevvvvveeeeennnn days later. No tv. Nothing. On my last morning after never had them in the room. Didn't have to do room service for week. No tv. No breakfast. No visitors. Rathole part of town I ask... May i please have an extra hour to check out? NO. I complained upon leaving. No apology. The guy,Paul, LITERALLY waved his hand in my face as if to shew off a bug. Just don't come here. You can find better places cheaper in the same area. This joint is for criminals, hookers and tweakers

I needed a place due to an evaluation of my home due to fires. If I knew it was the place it was, I would have never taken my grandsons (visiting from out of town). The fire placed us there, dirty, unkept, and the price was high for what we got! I would like a refund, the place is not safe for people who care about their safety. Also, the person that runs the place lied to my daughter that they had only the rooms she booked left, because of the fires in Lake Elsinore, CA. The place is not safe, nor clean, nor livable. Please reimburse me for the worst night ever, also, I should have stayed where I was safe even if we were evacuated due to fires!

The room was dirty. A/c didn't work properly mattress and bed linen were worm out.But thanks the young lady at the casino for helping us at least having a place to sleep. Just shouldn't have been taken advantage of.
