Everything was so perfect I mean every time I go there it's just like the first time! The pools are always kept up on and the footsteps of joy above us are the only thing someone could complain about that can happen everywhere:) the service is great and it sure is a place to have family joy and self restoration! I hope everyone enjoys it like I do!

I have stayed here twice, and the staff has always bent over backwards to get whatever I ask. They have a free keurig coffee stand in the lobby, nightly movies in the media room, fun crafts for the kids, a pool, sauna, steam room, giant 12-person jacuzzi tub, putt putt golf, free game room with pool table, ping pong, video games, raquetball, pickleball, and a variety of games and puzzles for the family. There is a huge room that can comfortably seat around 40 people for family reunions, including a full kitchen. The view of the mountains is spectacular. Everyone was friendly, and I have no complaints, except I had to leave early because the snow was coming down on the pass!||My room was a studio, which was still very large, with a hug temperpedic mattress, dining table, kitchen stocked with the necessities of home, and a hideaway couch. It was quiet, and every room has a full-sized fridge and balcony.

It was an older property...limited things to do. Pool area is all indoor and they just changed to chlorine and my eyes burned in the building. North Idaho is beautiful and it is peaceful if you are wanting a quiet time to unplug.

The resort was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the furnishings were quite adequate. The golf course looked very nice, but I didn't play. The restaurant was great. The scenery to be seen in the area was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. BTW they have free coffee but take your own cup.

Nice resort. Clean and functional. Not the best beds and horrible pillows. Location is great if you don’t want to go into town and want to stay away from people. Rec center is one of the best I have seen.

Overall, it's a nice place. This part of Idaho is beautiful, and stoneridge is really the only place for this particular area. The rooms are affordable and there is a rec center with a lot to do. If you're a golfer you'd probably like it here. They have an upstairs common area where large groups can gather and cook meals, but they only have random cooking utensils, no pots, pans, or cups, and a dishwasher that's probably been broken for years.
The guy that runs the check-in desk at the rec center is pretty strict. Even after you've checked in at another desk for your room, they want you to check in and out at the rec center every time, and how many people are in your group. They also watch the cameras like a hawk, so if you have kids, make sure they are well behaved and follow all the rules. If not, they will find you and repeat the rules multiple times, and threaten to kick you out (they weren't my kids). No running, no jumping in the pool, no diving, no horseplay of any kind. It makes sense, but he seemed a little heavy handed and took his job a little too seriously.

Someone said the place looks like the 80's. It's very true. Stoneridge has needed a quality of life update for more than a few decades, and there are a few areas that are neglected. For example, there's a loft above the common area. It's gated shut, and they just store old dusty furniture up there. It has potential to be a fun addition to the common area if they would utilize it.
Despite the property not being perfect, and needing updates, it's still nice and affordable, and has a certain charm and nostalgia to it.

My family has been enjoying Stone Ridge Resort for more than 20 years, the staff and facilities are both highly professional and well maintained! I highly recommend a visit, it’s very secluded and very well staffed and maintained! I would give it a 8 out of 5 for a score!

Beautiful area, lovely staff and very comfortable unit. I did borrow a kettle from downstairs to boil water for my cups of tea. Free coffee every morning down in the lobby was a nice touch.
