The best of the downtown coffee huts. The burritos are a must-have. Big, freshly made to order. Breakfast bagels are on another level.

The coffee is a notch or ten above the competition.

I love white coffee, and Stir It Up does, too. Some great flavors, like the Horchata. Wow, so good.

My go to place!! Their monthly specials are to-die for, they're extremely creative and delicious. Their food selection is by far the best out of all coffee shacks locally, imo. Their coffee is delicious. Their baristas are friendly, and not your typical bubbly young teen (which can sometimes be overwhelming). And the wait time is very reasonable and often quick.

I very much enjoy their service and product. My first time there was last week, where I had a hot chocolate which was amazing. Not too hot, but filled with flavor. Today I had a London Fog which is probably the best I have had in Fairbanks, ever.

Excellent service, friendly and fast staff . The drink was AMAZING I order it everywhere and this was one of if not the best! Also not sure if it was the owner or just a phenomenal employee but she pulled up as i was leaving super friendly and of course gorgeous. Highly recommend stopping here for coffee hut needs.

I'll be honest. I don't drink a lot of coffee, but when I do, I go to Stir It Up. They have the best espresso I've had in town, but they really shine in terms of their breakfast burritos. Their normal size is massive. You might end up skipping lunch with one of those. For a more reasonable size, you can always get a "minirito" which is still the same size or bigger than one anywhere else. Homemade guac? Option to wrap it in a quesadilla? Make it spicy? Yes please. Great addition to the more typical coffee huts we see in Fairbanks. Keep it up.

Wonderful dark chocolate hot chocolate, at the perfect temperature. Also had an awesome Chorizo Burrito. This thing was a full meal. One of the few places I wish I went more for one of those.

Omg they have the best chorizo burritos in to!!! I'm here every week to get one. Sometimes twice a week. And the staff, always friendly. Love this coffee hut!
