This hotel is a wonderful little gem, real close to a casino, has shopping nearby. The beds are very comfy. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with many choices. The area has many things to do and the hotel is very close to many of those activities. Indoor heated pool is a great bonus, also has a gym for those quick workouts. There is a business center and a place to hold a meeting if you are in town for business.

We needed a room for Christmas night somewhere close to visit the grandchildren. We didn't know the area that well , so I made the reservation based on price and location. I had noted I would like a low floor if possible. We checked in to drop off our stuff before returning to our son's home and was greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Being Christmas day, it didn't appear too busy. She gave us a ground floor room and explained all the amenities and activities. The suite was very nice. Full kitchen, sofa bed, queen bed, and very clean. Ours was just an overnight so we really didn't need everything offered. After a day with the grandkids I fell into bed and slept like a baby. We enjoyed the breakfast offered before we checked out. Will definitely return and became a rewards member with that in mind. Very satisfied.

Fantastic weekend spent with friends and family!! Kind, helpful, friendly, professional staff. Outstanding comfortable room with everything clean, spotless and equipped with everything needed for our stay. Extra bonus was indoor pool and hot tub. Scrumptious breakfast enjoyed by all. We all can’t wait until next time, we are coming back.

Years ago I stayed at an Extended Stay motel once by mistake and it was really bad. Staybridge Suites was so impressive! We didn't think it would be so well stocked and the cleanliness and comfort were top notch. The man at the front desk was great, super friendly and very helpful with an issue of another guest who'd fallen in his room. I will definitely stay again when in the Sacramento area.

very nice stay. separate bedroom, nice small kitchen with burner , fridge, dishwasher. actually decent warm breakfast. nice lounge where we played games with nephews. friendly staff. a little weird to find, behind the mall, but phone app made it easy enough to find. not the most convenient location to our stay, but worth the extra 10 minutes commute, especially for the price.

The location is a little hard to find, but boy are we glad we found it. Plenty of parking. Our room was quiet and comfortable. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a comfortable living room. Breakfast was hot and tasty. All the staff we met were very kind and helpful. Wish we had time to use the pool, hot tub and the area where the grill was located. We travel a lot and rate this location in our top three!!! I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Truly our only complaint, the shower floors are slippery. We travel with disposable bath mats for situations like this.

The room was modern and clean and comfortable! I was traveling with a foster dog and had requested to be placed on the first floor and close to an exit for convenience of letting him out. My room was very convenient. However, the door was on enter and exit door was on the same wall as my room which made for hearing slamming doors all day and all hours of the night. the door closing constantly was causing the dog to react and bark which I felt bad for my neighbors. I'd suggest making the doors going into the hallways quitter by installing an automatic door closer to help keep the doors from slamming. Thats my only complaint! Otherwise, everything else was great!

This hotel is conveniently located with lots of shopping nearby. Staff is rude and they only do housekeeping if you ask. I called the front desk and asked for a can opener because the one in the room didn’t work. I also asked for toilet paper. Staff member Jessica said they can bring a can opener but I would have to come to the front desk to get the toilet paper. I advised her I was working and questioned why they couldn’t drop the toilet paper off when they drop the can opener off? Jessica was very rude. Later that day she had an issue with me requesting a large paper plate. We checked out early and will never stay at this location again due to the unprofessionalism of the staff.
