We've stayed here 3 times and it's our favorite hotel in Oconomowoc for the price. Staff is always friendly and helpful (James) at front desk was awesome. Pool area was clean, air temperature warm making the pool very inviting. Grandkids had a lot of fun. Nice outdoor seating area in courtyard. Breakfast is one of the nicer ones we have had at any of the IHG hotels. Cleaning staff was awesome too. My only negative experience has been the sofa bed. Wish they could upgrade those as we do use them to sleep every time we stay. All in all highly recommend.

This was our first stay at a Staybridge Suites and first visit to Oconomowoc (for a weekend professional development workshop a short distance away). If other properties in this chain are as well-run as this one, this brand goes to the top of the list. The receptionist could not have been nicer and more welcoming, the room was immaculately clean, modern, and smartly designed. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, with tasty and different omelets and sausages each of two mornings and a "parfait bar" with vanilla Greek yogurt and toppings like sweetened sliced strawberries. The coffee was surprisingly good. And the ladies tending to the dining area were cheerful and efficient. For dinner, we found a terrific restaurant in town from the hotel's list of recommended places to eat. To top it off, the other guests were, without exception, pleasant and courteous. Everybody, staff and guests alike, seemed happy to be here. This is a hotel that really "gets" hospitality.

I highly recommend this property. It is so clean and comfortable and makes you feel like you’re at your own home. The staff is so accommodating and they are all great at remembering names. Your Comfort is their number one goal. I highly recommend this place in particular.! Kaylie and the Front Desk staff are beyond excellent… I can’t wait to return to have a beautiful refreshing lemon water upon entry aside from The Wonderful vittles!!

Very beautiful hotel. Customer service made us feel at home. Our room was very clean and plenty big enough. We had a lot of fun in the pool, we enjoyed the hot breakfast. I will be coming back when I need to come to Oconomowoc. I usually come to visit family at least 2 times a year.

Not a bad hotel, a little older than most of the other Staybridge locations I've stayed at, could definitely be a bit cleaner, but far from the worst I've stayed at. Good room layout in the 1 bedroom king suite. It feels like a little apartment, and it's nice having the full-size fridge and kitchenette with a hot plate, so I don't have to rely on fast food or eating out when I travel here. The service I got here was very good. One downside is they only do room service at checkout or weekly, kind of goes along with the needing to be a bit cleaner.

Got a room here for kids special Olympics swim meet and the room was clean hot water the pool was great kids got there practice in for there meet. Staff was great. Breakfast was a amazing. Gotta come up with a reason to go there again.

Check in was quick and done in a professional and friendly manner. Any time we had a question during our 4 day stay it was answered. The breakfast assortment was excellent and the food hot. The kitchen and eating area was very clean and maintained well. We rented the Board Room for a family Christmas get together and it worked out great although I thought the price was a bit high for the 5 hours we used the room.

I stay at this hotel every month for work, and always enjoy my stay. This trip, however, has been less than stellar. On my previous winter visits, I was always met with a clear, salted parking lot. Yesterday was a different story. When I arrived the sidewalks weren't shoveled to allow for safe entry into the front door and the lot wasn't plowed. I didn't want to pull my rollerbag through the snow since it would have ended up all over my room, so I had to carry it after a day of travel and work.

Leaving the next morning for work around 7am, the lot had still not been plowed and the snow had drifted so that you couldn't see where the sidewalk ended and the lot began. I spent half the day in meetings with wet pant legs.

I'm not sure what changed this year, but bring it back! I love staying with y'all!
