We liked the laundry self-service so much after traveling through different areas in LA for around 10 days. The food for breakfast and daily tea time (happy hours at around 5-7pm) were so tasty. We have to say it is deeply appreciated with a microwave and the whole set of tableware in the room.

Yhis property was ideal for us as a place to stay after flying in to Long Beach to catch a cruise ship. The property was very close to the airport, but not at all noisy; A free shuttle was provided from the airport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a spacious. Breakfast and coffee were both available for free in the mornings. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to town.

I booked with Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport well over a month or two out from our big family vacation in March 2025 (through Booking.com). The night before we were due to leave, I get a message from Staybridge that they have canceled my reservation for no reason. The ridiculous staffer who left the message had the nerve to lie that it was because "the hotel would be closed" during the days we were there. When I immediately called back, the manager could only apologize for the staff person who said that and said it wasn't her who said it, so I shouldn't be upset at the manager. Really? They kept apologizing for knocking us out of their system, and offered to see if there were rooms available at the Holiday Inn down the street. Basically, it's easy to see that the hotel wanted to accommodate someone else, so they kicked us out, probably because we didn't book directly with them, I guess. There are six of us in our group and we find out about this the night before we were leaving on vacation. It's pretty unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. So I will never, ever stay at this hotel nor recommend them, and I will continue to let everybody know what they did to us. Fortunately, I was able to get a booking at another local hotel that we like. Staybridge Long Beach has lost our business and our support forever. Shame on Staybridge for doing this to us.

Stayed here before and after my cruise. My first room was nice and clean and very comfortable!! Love that the shower has all of the soaps (body wash and shampoo) plus conditioner so that you don't have to dig through your luggage to find what you need. The first trip I got to have the breakfast and everything I had was yummy!! There was biscuits and gravy and a few other breads, oatmeal and cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage. The second stay the room was just as comfortable but our door was hard to open and shut. Made sure to let them know at the desk

The manager on duty was the rudest person I've ever encountered in the hospitality field. He interrupted a conversation I was having with an employee to check on items that were going wrong with my stay. He gave me the catering manager card when I asked for his info. He threatened to cancel my room and give a refund. I was in town for an overnight stay from Missouri to leave on a cruise the following morning with no other resources to change my hotel choice because of his actions. I have stayed at staybridge multiple times over the years of traveling and I will say I will NEVER stay at this Long Beach airport location. The water was off for over an hour. When I was checking in at 250pm I was told to wait for 10 minutes as a room was not available. So I asked to use the facilities and was told the hotel had no running water and that I could walk to the hotel next door to use their facilities. As I sat, another guest walked in and checked in immediately. Since my 10 minutes hadn't expired and I was told to wait. I asked the employee why I couldn't check in but someone after me could. As they were explaining that that guest had a different room type that was ready. I completely understood. I then let them know that I wasn't happy with the circumstances so far and Sasha ( is what I was told later as the rude manager) walked over and was entirely rude and unacceptable.
I had also booked this hotel because it offers free shuttles from Long Beach airport there and to go to the shuttle area and a shuttle will come every 30 minutes. After waiting an hour. I called the hotel and was told oh they didn't have a shuttle for the day and that if I caught taxi they would pay for it. Well the taxi location wasn't in a walkable distance for me as I had a guest in a wheelchair and 3 luggage's. I had to call a Uber for a ride. The manager asked me if he would have any issues out of me for the night simply because I was reporting things that weren't up to staybridge normal standards. Please find out who was the manager on duty on Saturday January 18, 2025 approximately 245pm PST.

The room was actually nice - modern and spacious, with a good bed. Although right on a freeway and next to an airport, you're not bothered by noise.

We sadly had two days with water disruptions, causing us to not be able to take morning showers. This was only announced the day itself.

I'd come back for the decent prices and good rooms, though.

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom/two bathroom suite. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful. We were greeted on our way out each day and welcomed back when we returned to the hotel. The coffee pot in our suite had a broken spout, and the body wash pump in one of the bathrooms was also broken. We let the staff know, and they responded immediately, replacing the broken coffee pot with a brand new one and replacing the body wash pump. Excellent service!! There was a great variety for breakfast each morning and the dining staff were very friendly. The laundry room was freshly painted and very clean. The laundry machines were free of charge, which was awesome. The parking lot was well lit at night, and a security guard kept watch overnight, which was greatly appreciated. My family and I will most definitely be returning!

Barbara S. and the Crew (Front Desk, Laura, Sasha, Security, etc.) were GREAT! WE had a group of 40 people. They were very professional and accommodating. Barbara went above and beyond for our group. She and the Crew were thoughtful, professional, and PATIENCE! The Staff made the difference with our stay despite the construction happening while we were there. I would go back.
