I cannot say enough about Ray Ver Hey, his business, and his work ethic. My brothers and I were looking for an investment property in the Longview area, and Ray was able to guide us through the whole process while we were in Chicago. He continually searched and sent properties to us until we were able to narrow down buildings that fit our needs. From there he did a great job of coordinating with us and scheduling out days for us to see them in person. This was not the easiest task to do with out of state clients, but Ray did this flawlessly. Once we found the building we liked, he helped us through the entire closing process from start to finish. He was available, mornings, evenings, and weekends. Whenever we needed him, he was always available to help us out. On top of all this Ray was a true gentleman and I highly recommend working with him for a smooth and easy commercial transaction!
