How much more cheap can you guys possibly get? First, you take away the free swipes on Tuesdays , and whoever your dude is in charge of making money messed up big, Tuesdays used to be jam-packed! Now that you have to earn points for a swipe it's maybe 1/4 of the people now and then you up Friday swipes to 15 instead of 10 points earned without increasing amount of freeplay won and now to top it all off you get rid of the food voucher, I'm sorry but running through $600 I think is fair to get a simple meal. It's absolutely ridiculous! Whoever your promotions guy needs to be fired, he is screwing everyone over and losing you guys money by the number of people that no longer show up.

This is ok but It needs updating and tlc..breakfast is good in the morning...doubtful I'd stay again..even for the free nights...not attached to casino is also a major drawback..they run a shuttle but it should be attached...they should tear it down and build a new one that's attached to casino

Breakfast dinner starts at 8 a.m. all the working people have long been gone. Pretty high price for the value. I'll stick to my Hilton Hampton inn for lower prices and better rooms.

Room was poor. Bed bugs we’re not out of the question at all. Casino was very poorly run too. Go elsewhere if you have the chance.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This time, the front desk person checking me in was extremely rude. Acted like it was a chore to do her job. I actually had to leave the hotel and come back two hours later. I called in the meantime. Same person who checked me in answered the phone. When I started asking questions she hung up on me. I called back and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I spoke with “the manager” the next day who didn’t give two cares about her staff issues. I will not be back to this hotel.

Fast and friendly services. No swimming pool open to the public. Light breakfast for guests. I always had no problem getting a room on the weekdays. But for weekends it's best to booked ahead. Night shift front desk clerks are much more helpful and people oriented. My favorite ladies are always there to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for always taking care of me.

We were there for a funeral and there was a mouse in our room. Told the front desk and manager. They didn't put any traps in our room or even check it out. Two days later there was a mouse in the room on the stand and by the microwave and garbage. Took video and showed front desk and they tod us the manager was not in and said he would call us. We wanted a discount. The manager never called. Go figure I am sure the room is still full of mice. Will not recommend anyone to stay there.
