I heard about this coffee shop on tiktok and had to give it a try. I ordered the Evergreen tree and it was fine. It was the white roast, and I do like a darker roast, so I definitely want to come back and try another drink. My daughter ordered the premium treetop mocha, and she really liked hers. The batista working was very sweet and helpful. I am excited to come back and try something else!

The owner, Bianca, is fabulous! Makes amazing and affordable drinks, has cute decor and merch, and is so personable. We make special trips to Battle Ground to grab a coffee and snack from her ☺️ she also has " cookies" for our pups when we visit! Highly recommend this small business, woman and mother owned coffee stand!

This was my first time trying Spruce Top Coffee, when pulling up there were 3 cars ahead of me and after reading the reviews on this place, it made sense. I ordered the October Special, Mushy Pumpkin, which once wasn’t sweet like most, I enjoyed it. And we also ordered a WA Apple, which was good as well.

I love this little coffee stand. It truly is the best coffee in the area! The monthly menu is so creative. The standing menu is great as well. The owner is another bonus to this stand. Going to Spruce Top and chatting with her is a highlight of my day. Try the Dubai chocolate coffee this month!!

This little stand is so cute, and the owner (?) is so sweet! I loved it so much that I went two days in a row! I really enjoyed the Mrs. Claus and the Little Christmas Tree drinks. I live very close by and will definitely go back and try more of the menu.

Update: I have been back several times, and I've gotten a different drink every time, and all of them have been amazing. She has some of the most creative drinks that you can't find elsewhere. The owner is seriously the sweetest person ever. She has a customer for life in me!

I recently moved to Vancouver and made it a goal to explore different coffee spots around the city. I was initially skeptical of a small roadside coffee stand, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a shot—and I'm so glad I did. As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I'm picky about everything: the quality of the coffee, the milk-to-coffee ratio, the smoothness of lattes, and the flavor balance. I ordered the 20 oz macadamia cookie latte, and before I even took a sip, I asked the barista two things: 1) If I’d actually taste the coffee (it’s a high priority for me), and 2) If it would be too sweet (I prefer my drinks on the less-sweet side). She was spot on with both answers.

The latte was amazing—one of the best iced lattes I’ve had in a while. The coffee flavor came through beautifully, and the sweetness was just right. Plus, the price was incredibly reasonable—around $6.75 for a 20 oz latte, which feels like a steal for a large, quality drink. I’ll definitely be back to try other offerings. The espresso was so good that I’m already thinking of trying an iced coffee next time.

If you’re a coffee snob like me, do yourself a favor and check this place out. This little gem deserves the business!
