Let me just say that this will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area! I had an issue when I first arrived (no fault of the hotel), and the Man at the front desk with the dreads (sorry can't remember his name) went above and beyond to help me. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The free popcorn and cookies were a plus too? The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the a/c kept the room ice cold like I like it.
Also, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, they have a small manager's reception. They offer breakfast as well, but I slept in, so I can't comment on that.

Ja’brea (sorry if spelled wrong) is absolutely the most AMAZING person. Everything about his customer service is a 10/10. Came up here to book a room for my parents that are coming to visit me and he was more than helpful and made the entire process as easy as possible. I live in town and almost wanted to book a room for myself simply because he was so kind. Someone give him a raise because this gentleman wholeheartedly deserves it. Hands down will recommend anyone coming to visit to come to this hotel, customer service will NOT disappoint.

What a great stay; super staff! We truly felt welcome the moment we stepped in the lobby. We had quite the group traveling us …3 Adults, 3 children, 2 cars and a Service Dog. Rooms were large comfortable and spotless as well as the pool. No hot tub ☹️ which would have nice after a long drive. Noticed a fire pit though. Free popcorn and warm cookies; nice touch and kids loved them…small toy area for younger kids in lobby , small pool for a quick dip or let kids burn off energy from cookies! Gym very nice. It’s obvious the staff take pride in their “house”. Highly recommend!

Reviewing after our second stay, first trip a year ago was great. Despite smelling overwhelmingly of bleach in the bathroom, it was not clean: strange sticky spots on the floor, hair all over, toothpaste on the door, actual dirt in the corners, and mold in the shower. The hotel also has some general maintenance issues that need to be addressed (peeling carpeting, trash in the elevators). I did message the hotel with my concerns and was told to send pictures.

Additionally, while all staff were friendly and helpful, the front desk and cleaning staff had children with them (laying behind the desk and running into open rooms).

Unfortunately we wont be back.

The good: free breakfast, good fitness room, good ac, mostly quiet, comfortable bed with clean sheets
The bad: not the cleanest room: food on floor, lots of hair left behind in bathroom, not all the light switches work

Room was nice , the checking guy was very helpful. The room was very clean, they had a snack session 5-7 it had some great items, and the breakfast was great. The INTERNET SERVICE WAS AWFUL, it was strong but would not connect to the web. It would override my hot spot, and kick it off, but would not open the web.

Nice atmosphere. Customer service experience was excellent. Enjoyed the stay. The hotel was in close proximity to various restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Very clean, modern feel, comfortable beds and quiet. Only issue was AC leaked moisture to the floor by the window. Service was great would stay here again.
