I was here with a very large group. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were multiple people in the rooms and some of the key cards quit working a few times, but staff helped everyone with a smile. The rooms were clean and the location was close to the mall and a variety of restaurants.

Family vacation was highlighted by this wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. During the week, Zoe was amazing with the free breakfast and the weekend attendent was very good as well. Always positive and kind!
The hotel location is perfect for food and night life. Accommodations were comfortable and the rooms are large with 2 queen beds and a trundle sofa that pulls out to 2 beds. Small fridge but cold and microwave. Nice new gym.
Heated pool!!! Definately staying here again!

They do not vacuum rooms between guest because I found clipped toenails on the floor of our room. New hotel, nice room other than stepping on someone’s clipped toenails that were not vacuumed up between us getting the room. Yuck. Also, left the room one morning and when we came back that afternoon, the room temperature was at 80°.. We did not leave it at that temperature when we left that morning. . have no idea how it got that hot. If there was a problem with the unit or what. Management did not know, did move us to another room. But the worst part was the toenail business..

This hotel has been horrible, particularly the management. Staff has been hostile and suddenly closed the pool without notice or reasoning. Avoid at all costs, there's a different hotel right across the street. We also found loose ibuprofen on the floor of our room, potential hazard for families with small children.
As an added bonus, upon our groups departure an employee pulled her car into the loading zone to intentionally block families from loading vehicles

Do Not Stay at this hotel if you have young children. Hotel staff charged me $250 because my 10 month old had a soiled diaper that got on the bed sheets. The General Manager Keisha was rude, disrespectful and had no intention of helping to resolve the issue. The Housekeeping Manager was also very disrespectful and tried to say we were not allowed to put the trash can outside the room and also cited that as a reason for the $250 charge even though we corrected the situation immediately. We also talked to corporate and they stated that putting the trash can outside the room was not unwelcomed and was common practice at many hotels. The hotel was nice and the food was good however the staff specifically Upper management were rude, disrespectful, completely unprofessional and LIARS!!!! Please believe the other reviews and do not stay here. She also upcharged me on my room and didn’t fix the rate. They gave me the Senior Citizen discount instead of Military/Gov worker. I don’t even know why that happened since I look no where near 60.

Revised review. I wish to apologize to this hotel because I discovered they did not charge me or the third party (hotels.com) for the room that night. It was hotels.com who took payment and didn’t return payment when I cancelled. I finally worked it out with them.

I have changed my review to five stars for this hotel. I was so mistaken about them and jumped to the wrong conclusion. These folks are great. I am very sorry SpringHill Suites.

Worst hotel management staff I have ever encountered. Booked a one night stay two months prior to arrival but one month out my wife had an accident which I knew would keep us from traveling. So I cancelled, they wouldn’t return my full deposit, they rented the room again and got paid twice that night for the room. If you are honest and believe in treating people right, you will want to stay elsewhere.

The room and hotel was clean. Staff, specifically the night front counter, did not address the concerns of a party that was occurring where the entire 2nd floor hallway had the smell of cannabis, subjects walking with blunts, and loud noise. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
