Everyone loves a clean newer hotel. It was all of that. Double queen suite was perfect. Coffee in the morning was good. Food was hotel buffet food. Nothing to write home on about the food. Just decent. Staff was friendly! Easy walking distance to the Toyota center for a fun hockey game.

The staff was nice enough. The room looked clean. The bed was well made with some descent linens. Comfy couch and a good chair at a computer counter. The shower worked well and had a nice big glass door. The only real complaint I had was the sound of the "PTAC" "Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner" the wall mounted heater AC combo (posted a short video) and the mini fridge that was making a clicking sound. When in the area I think I would stay here again but I will be checking the PTAC before I move in.

Other than parents not controlling their kids at any given hour, no complaints. We stayed here for a conference, which was held here, there's free breakfast with plenty of hot an cold food of all varieties, in-house restaurant, close to stores and not too far from the airport. The beds are remarkably comfortable. The suites are spacious. The shower has plenty of room and hot water. The mini-fridge froze my wife's soda. Microwave, TV and the option to log in to your own Netflix account, a business desk, a relaxing space with sofa, heavy curtain to block light to help you sleep, you control the room temp, friendly staff, the bartender/waiter at the on-site restaurant The Wheelhouse was genuinely cheerful and friendly, vending machines, ice, sundries at the front desk. Everything you need is right here, and extras are close by. We will stay here again. Many choices for lighting, plenty of plugs. A lot of thought was given to the layout of the room. Drawers, nightstands. comfortable carpet. Our group got a discount price, which was nice.

First the good. Nice rooms, friendly staff.|The not so good:|The minor details make the stay good or bad. The hotel struggles to deliver on the basics. |The breakfast was mediocre. One day, they didn’t have forks. No yogurt, no bread to make toast and they ran out of peanut butter. It appears that they are winging it on their included breakfast.||They offer guest Landry but don’t sell detergent? As a suite hotel charging $250 a night, I shouldn’t have to go to a store to buy detergent and dryer sheets in retail sizes to do one load of laundry.||Overall, it a nice clean hotel that could do significantly better if they delivered on the basic needs of their guests. For the money, I expected more for Springhill Suites

Such a great place! The place is clean and the staff are kind, helpful and do everything they can to make sure our stay was good. Gabi the manager is so sweet and helpful. Misael and Diana were also great up front and making an amazing breakfast. Wifi connection was great and the restaurant food is pretty good. Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful.

Fernando was awesome. When we first arrived he helped me with getting flowers and a card for my daughter. We were in town for a gymnastics meet. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The shower was nice and everything was clean. I pick these places apart usually but this was nice. The pool wasn’t the largest but the kids had a blast. The hot tub was nice. We didn’t get a chance to workout in the fitness center but it was big and there were people taking advantage of that. Breakfast was good but wish there were healthier options. There was lots of good food around. We eat at the Graze sandwich shop. We also had crepes and Mexican food in one location. That was a fun experience.

The room was lovely. It’s a Marriott. The hot tub was wonderful and almost made up for no bathtub in the room. The pool was pleasant. Breakfast offered many choices from an oatmeal bar to create your own breakfast sandwich Modern decor and well maintained, courteous staff. Attention to detail, it’s a Marriott. Convenient location with a restaurant on site for dinner and drinks.

Service good. But, super tight bathroom, frosted door to the sleeping area so partner not able to sleep if the other is in the bathroom. Tight around the bed. Overall, very cramped. Pool is a joke, and hot tub was out of order. Will NOT be staying here again even if fundraising event is here again.
