Excellent location to nearby business parks. Both hot and cold options for breakfast, plenty of parking and many places within a 3 minute walk to eat at. Friendly and helpful staff, decent selection at mini mart. Clean rooms and relatively quiet road wise compared to other nearby hotels. Central air for ac and heat, not the loud units under the the windows

We stayed on our way to Palm Springs. We were only there a night, but I thought the hotel was great. Clean, spacious, new and the included breakfast had plenty of options. I didn’t love the $15 parking in a suburban area, but I guess it was because of the shopping center the hotel is in. The bathroom set up and location in the room wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t horrible.

Great hotel! The staff is amazing.
Rooms are nice and all but location can be noisy as it is next to an highway. Breakfast is ok, sometimes delicious but sometimes average. One morning we had eggs omelette thslat were still in the packaging in the heater. They were good but really felt half-assed.

And the fruits are really barebones: bananas, apples and oranges.

Super thin walls and doors. This is the kind of hotel where your next door neighbors sound like they're inside your room. Also doors slamming galore whether it's from housekeeping or other guests. 7am one morning I can hear the neighbors clear as day in their rooms getting ready, multiple door slams, and even in the hallway. The next guests were a mom and some wild children. The suites are connected via a door that might as well not be there. I can hear every word they were saying/screaming. I was on the top floor so I can't help but wonder what upstairs neighbors sound like.

The mini fridge in the room was perhaps the worst one I've ever had in a hotel room. It barely got cold at all. I had food in there that went bad, and forget about cold drinks.

One side of the hotel faces Lake Forest Drive and it's onramp to the 5. This is an extemely busy street. At times youd think it's a Nascar track outside. The room practically shakes from large vehicles, and racer cars blast their engine noises straight into the room. That room was also next door to the housekeeping linen room and they were slamming that door once a minute. I asked to be moved to a room facing the parking lot and they reluctantly agreed.

The breakfast is standard marriot fare. I wish they had some whole grain or wheat options for bread but they don't, only white. White bagels, white toast, white muffins, etc. This seems to be true in Residence Inn properties too.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were decent.

I appreciate the use of blackout curtains even though they end up not being blackout in the morning due to poor design.

The TV small and situated awkwardly.

The wifi was good.

Location is good with so many great restaurants nearby.

I don't think I'll stay here again. The lack of noise isolation between rooms is a real dealbreaker.

Customer service serious lacking. Expect way more from a Marriott property. Cleanliness was great. Conveniently located to several close places to eat that are delicious. Was on 4th floor and the people above were jumping all night long - or at least sounded like that every single time they took a step.

We have stayed there before and we like the area, and the rooms, and the people, however, the last trip... Not so good!
Check-In Slow and understaffed, and The bed in room #413 on 2-**-2025 is worn-out and needed to be changed-out way before we ever stayed there, Not a good night's sleep, we will try another location and brand, goodbye

This is in close proximity to my office in Irvine. It also is two right turn to the 405. It is approx minutes from Irvine Spectrum. Also, there are approx 20 restaurants in it's parking lot.

Really great spot for a hotel.

Oh gosh I almost forgot to mention the world class breakfast with a waffle iron and various food options from fresh fruit to all types of bread and eggs...YUM!!!

I def recommend a stay.

I always stay at this hotel. It’s clean, staff are polite and friendly but most of all, the location. Many restaurants in few steps away. I highly recommend it.
