Great experience, nice and accommodating rooms. The sofa had a pull out bed underneath to sleep 2! Perfect while we traveled for a basketball 🏀 tournament for our boys. Great breakfast spread, tons of food, and a really nice spacious lobby. The front desk was very helpful as well.

I rate all of our stays at hotels and hold no punches. I book off reviews. We have stayed at this hotel once before and it is still a nice place to stay. The parking is well lit and you can feel secure. The front desk was busy checking in and someone came to help out. Our check in was fast and the staff is always polite. Our rooms were large and there was plenty of room to put your suitcases and still move around. The room was clean except for some what looked like blood spots on the cover spread. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable with plenty of large pillows. They offered Netflix with the room which was nice so we didn’t have to use my laptop. The breakfast was your usual mid-range hotel offerings. Not a great selection of muffins. Large size coffee with travel cups to take to your room (I say this because some don’t). There are several restaurants close by. Overall our stay was perfect and we will be back again.

I haven't actually rented a room there but I have several friends of mine who have when they come into town visit. The staff always seem very friendly and nice to the point where they bend over backwards almost. Again however I have never actually stayed there myself.

Poorly maintained and not very clean room and hallways on the second floor, room 211.
Parking fees $10 per night where yet they don't have security.
The coffee was the only item we had on the free breakfast so I can't speak to the buffet. However, I saw multiple people with multiple plates devouring the offerings.
The staff were cheerful with greetings upon coming into and leaving the hotel lobby.
I do not plan to stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The Corona location is centrally located for so many amenities (shopping and restaurants). We were checked in by Evelyn. She was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was fantastic! By far the best we've had from a hotel in a long while. The room was large and clean. The wide sofa was great for relaxing and napping (it even had a trundle underneath! ). We would definitely stay here again.

The frontdesk person was nice. The overall experience was terrible:
* I was looking for a peaceful sleep but the cleaning ladies decided to have their loud chitchat right outside my room at 8am in the morning. They woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep.

* When I came back the 2nd day, I realized those loud ladies didn't even clean my room. They didn't even bother taking out the trash or making the bed or ANYTHING. They had just conveniently decided to skip my room (and no, I didn't have the do not disturb sign outside).

This place was very clean and nice for a reasonable price. I don't think you're going to find a better deal than this for the price range. Front desk lady was very friendly and they offer breakfast from 6-9. Definitely going to be staying here again when I'm in town for work.

The Springfield Suites in Corona needs a serious refresh. The layout of the rooms felt odd and poorly thought out. The carpets were noticeably dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, giving the whole place a neglected vibe. Honestly, it felt more like a budget motel than the quality you'd expect from a SpringHill Suites. Definitely disappointing.
