The hotel is new and the rooms are beautiful and spacious, immaculate and functions well for business or pleasure stays. The free breakfast is served beautifully with many options with real plates and silverware not paper plates. Warm delicious breakfast items and the (waffle station). The lobby bar is a great spot to have a drink and bar food that you can take up to your room, and a Small sundry shop to purchase snacks or drinks . The location is a little off the grid but not a bad or unsafe location, mostly business. There are many shopping and food choices very close to the hotel. Overall this is the Best midrange hotel of this type in the area where there are other hotel brands but not as luxurious as this.

Dear Hotel Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I stayed in room 206 yesterday. I selected your hotel because I had an important event (a major competition) today and wanted a peaceful, restful night before the big day. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but restful, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations.

The soundproofing in my room was nonexistent. I could hear every little sound from the adjacent room (208). The laughter of the children next door went on until midnight, which, although annoying, was tolerable. However, things took a dramatic turn at 6 a.m.
this morning when I was subjected to the sound of an alarm clock ringing incessantly for a full hour. It started at 6, stopped briefly, then started again, and continued until 7 a.m after I decided to go down for a strong coffee. It was as if the alarm clock was personally mocking my need for sleep.

I had planned for a restful 10-hour sleep, but thanks to the delightful noise from the neighboring room, I managed only five hours of sleep before my competition. This, I must say, is a new low for my hotel stays. My sleep was ruined, and I felt utterly unprepared for my event.

In an attempt to resolve the situation, I called the front desk for assistance. The staff member kindly went to knock on the door of the neighboring room but reported that no one answered, thus leaving the situation unresolved. While I appreciate their efforts, this seems like a rather passive approach to handling an issue that could have been easily solved with a little more initiative.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I feel that it has negatively affected my performance today. I hope this message is received as constructive feedback so future guests don’t have to endure what I did.

I would appreciate any follow-up or compensation for this rather distressing experience.

Honestly, I’m really shocked at the quality of this place. I was a little hesitant because it was a two star hotel But I was truly blown away. It’s very clean, very modern and has great energy! I also want to give a very special shout out to Jamie who helped me and honestly made some of the best mixed drinks I’ve ever had. He made the experience top-tier and he made sure that I was taken care of thank you so much Jamie! I would totally recommend this place and I would definitely come back again!

Okay this is a BRAND new hotel. It's beautiful, the staff was wonderful, pool great, BUTTTTT THERE ARE NO BATH TUBS AND THE SHOWER WATER NEVER GOT HOT! I have a baby and we don't have a bath tub at home, hotel baths are top tier. I should have read the details, but like when did hotel rooms NOT have bath tubs? Plus the shower not getting hot, it was a huge bummer. The rooms are also so thin, you can hear everyone on top, next to, for such a new hotel, why can't they figure this out?

Was greatly surprised by this hotel. Very clean and orderly. Rooms are excellent size, traveled with a party of 5. One of the better continental breakfast options I've had in a while. Very friendly staff and nice and new.

This was the most traumatic experience I have ever had at any hotel. I am still trying to heal, and what makes it even worse is that I have not received an apology from management despite reporting the incident to the front desk.||||On the second day of my three-night stay, I was in the room alone around 1:30 PM. My partner, the best man in a wedding party we were attending, was in and out of the room, which is why I didn’t deadbolt the door. However, I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door to avoid any unannounced entries.||||While taking a shower in the bathroom—located at the far end of the room—with the door closed, steam building, and music playing, I was horrified when a housekeeper entered the room and then opened the bathroom door without knocking. She stood in the doorway, staring at me through the glass shower doors. I yelled in shock, trying to cover myself, but she did not leave until I explicitly told her to close the door. It felt like an eternity before she finally exited.||||I never heard a knock at the room door, and with the shower and music, I wouldn’t have. However, I am appalled that a staff member would open a closed bathroom door without knocking, especially when there were clear indications that the bathroom was occupied. This invasion of privacy left me feeling violated and deeply shaken.||||I left the hotel one day early because I no longer felt safe staying there. This could have been even worse if a child or another guest had been in the room under similar circumstances. I will never return to this establishment and hope this incident prompts serious reflection and action to ensure no one else has to endure such a violation.

Loved the room, very clean, and in a safe area!
My one complaint is that the lights are on a motion sensor so if you're traveling solo they'll definitely turn off on you. I had them turn off on me while I was sitting at the desk, sitting on the couch, and sitting on the bed so I have no idea where the motion sensor was!
Also if you're traveling with multiple pack n plays it'll be a tight fit in the king suite. Usually it's an easy fit when I travel with my family but this room was definitely on the smaller side of a suite.

They staff was top- tier ..beyond excellent; the room and location was phenomenal.

However I will not be returning there and cannot award a higher rating due to the inconvenience of breakfast.

They serve breakfast at 6:30 A.M; this is not conducive to those traveling to work in San Diego as it’s very late.

I was there for two days but could not eat breakfast due to having to leave to beat traffic.

They need to start their breakfast time much earlier.
