This motel is a great bang for your buck. I'm happy I took the chance and stayed here. All the negative reviews were not a problem. It looks like it's a family-owned motel and the man who checked us in was very nice. Yes, this is an older building and the rooms are a little old. I would say they were charming. What is important was everything was very clean. It was very quiet as well and peaceful. No loud noises or any problems. Tons of parking. For a $60 budget I couldn't have asked for more.
All the negative reviews were mostly about people who checked in really late and had a bad experience. It says that check-in is only until 9:00 p.m. and if you come after you need to call beforehand and let him know. So I understand why he would be upset if it's one guy running the place and you show up in the middle of the night he's sleeping. We came at a normal time between check-in 3-9pm.

The room smelled musty and it had mold in the shower head and around the tub they caulked right over it. The ceiling was cracked and pulling away from the wall. It was aweful. My ring fell off behind the bed and I had to move the bed to get it and they clearly don't move it when they cleaan. The dust ruffle on the bed i think they it's clearly for collecting dust, because it's not been washed in a while. If I could give it no stars ⭐ I would. I took pictures but I don't know how to put them on here.

The room was fine and it was nicely located for where I needed to be. However, in all of my stays in hotels/ motels the "owner"/ help at this motel were absolutely rude and horrible to work with. We asked for a roll of toilet paper and were told we were "using too much toilet paper" and so we went and bought our own. Any time I asked for something I was approached with rude horrible behavior. I would never stay here again and I've advised my company to not use them anymore either. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the male owner screamed at me because when corporate made the reservation they put it in my bosses name!

You get what you pay for, it's a low cost easy access motel. The rooms were ok but I would not use the shower. Bathrooms are old and water stained and appear to not be clean because of it. All that being said 55 dollars on a Friday night in a beautiful area, it's OK.

Absolutely not a single star for this business. I had a reservation on Friday. My flight arrived at 9+ driving time from airport to the hotel. 10+ hotel was locked. I did call an old man from India woke up to assist me. He told me to open the door ….door was locked when I say he told me Open the door he was yelling at me I mean screaming He asked me, didn’t you read the policy and I said I am sorry, sir every hotel that I’ve been the lobby is open or someone after hours is there to assist customers he continue unrespectful, rude, nasty attitude, no matter how Calm I was. He didn’t care. He yelled in my face saying that I didn’t have a reservation when I was about to pull up my reservation from the email he pull out paper and put it on my face and he says it this you you don’t have a reservation he was showing me someone else reservation and I said at this point, I don’t think I wanna stay in your hotel. Can I cancel? He continue yelling at me every answer. He gave me it was screaming. I just don’t understand how this person it’s business he should be in the senior hospice or a psychiatric center, not assisting customers absolutely disgusting personality, and attitude very disturbing

We loved this motel. It is a great price and the owners are very kind. The room was clean and perfect for us. We were there for skiing at Devil’s Head and it wasn’t a bad drive to the resort. It is a simple motel without frills but we will definitely be back next year.
