Bought 2 shirts, 1 didn't fit and was told i couldn't return/exchange because it was worn. Only policy on the recipt is return within 30 days. I wore it for a total of 2 hours so now stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit and online customer service kept giving me a copy paste message to ya I'd give a 0 if I could

I wish I could put no stars. I bought a Shrek waffle maker on the 8th of December to give it to my daughter for Christmas. They sent me an email around the 18th telling to message on the 25th (Christmas) to let them know if my item came because it said it was delivered the 18th. I never got it. Was never delivered but it said it was. I wait until Christmas to see an email that says disregard last message because my item was shipped back and then they proceeded to say I have to get a refund because they are now out of stock. First off how are they out of stock when I already bought it? Did they let someone else buy the product that I bought? What did they do with the waffle maker I bought. Screw this company. They suck.

Great customer service ladies! My boyfriend and I went into this Spencers a couple days before Valentine's Day and I just wanted to share this awesome card he ended up getting me! Gotta love this store 😁

Always a fun store too shop at. Their jewelry is almost always buy one get one half off. They have a great selection of shot glasses. Great place to shop for gag gifts.

Overall spencers stores are great in terms of their merchandise & the what not,the only exception to this location is their customer service,today & as well as many other times....the workers there seem to be keeping too much of an eye on my friends/friend & I. And apart from not offering service or a welcoming greeting,they only offer stares & hostile vibes.Wouldn't write this review if it didn't constantly happen.Especially since neither me and my friends have no need to steal from that or any store,like we assure that we can buy not one but plenty things with our money.😒

I love going in there and getting my jewelry. The staff is always helpful and super chill to talk with! I'm excited, they are getting in a Japanese snack section!

Spencer's is a hit or miss store, it has a little something for everyone. Also, sometimes they have really exclusive items. All in all you can't really go wrong with buying someone a gift from Spencer's

They have unique very interesting items in this store not all are child appropriate but it's a fun store check it out for rock T shirts or have hats and wallets air fresheners all so many things I can't name them all Should go check it out and see for yourself I'm sure you'll find something you might like
