We finally got to try this bed & breakfast out and were not disappointed. We stayed in the cottage. Very nice, clean, comfortable, and well arranged. The food in the restaurant is great. The people are very nice.

The good: Clean, comfortable bed, lots of space, next door to Sparks Diner, breakfast included.
The less good: noisy AC, not enough outlets to charge devices.

It's a comfortable place to spend a night of you're passing through on the Trace or visiting northeast MS.

Great place to stay and value. We enjoyed the "A" unit. Two bedrooms, one queen, one king, double vanity bathroom, living room with sectional and cable TV. Central air and clean, only thing missing is kitchen sink and stove. Full sized fridge and microwave included. Much better than the average hotel room.

It's two houses divided into 4 units. So depending on which one you get, you'll either have a larger bathroom or larger kitchen. Two units only have fridge and microwave. It's always clean. They could lay off of the scented plug ins. Couches and beds are comfortable. D unit could use a curtain covering the glass doors to help with the heat and for privacy. We've stayed several times and will be back. Belmont has needed a B&B for a long time.

Don’t purchase the breakfast as it is not worth the extra especially on the days the restaurant next door is closed and you must go to the gas station to use the voucher. The people there are rude and won’t wait on anyone but the local people. Also the walls are thin and you hear every conversation in the room next door, no internet. At least they were clean and the beds were nice.

Thank u for opening your doors for us! We were caught in standstill traffic on the hwy & it got dark. We took the first exit & found Sparks. It was dark, icy roads & everything was closed. We appreciate the hospitality!
