Last room of our cross-country road trip, my Mom decided to treat us to a nicer place after all the dirt motels. It's new and colorful but also not really ready...the indoor pool was closed and that was a HUGE disappointment. Their on-site snack shop was missing essentials and the new computer system wouldn't allow staff to process a simple candy bar I wanted to buy, I just gave up. The toilet paper holders are dumb and the rolls will just come off. The TV in our room turned itself on at 4:30am and woke me up?! I ran to turn it off before it woke up my family, we really don't need that early of a wake up call after such a long trip. The window in our room had a very bright parking lot light outside that would blind you while in bed so I had to close the curtains and fix them to keep that light out of my eyes. The duvet cover thing is a strange texture, like fancy for your eyes but agitating to touch. There is a water bottle refill station next to the closed pool and fitness center. The coffee is good but the breakfast was no better than Quality Inn, kind of surprising with the Hilton name. The real issue with these types of breakfast options is that they are not diabetic-friendly. All they can eat is cream cheese. Last but not least, the mini fridge in our room wasn't working and we didn't know it so my sister's insulin is probably unusable now after we protected it this entire trip. Now I get to throw out my cheese purchases from Tillamook 😔. Last thing I would expect from a more expensive lodging option. There should be discounts if you are going to open unprepared for customers.

Room 324, one night.||The good, ||Despite not being able to check in via app in advance, front desk still able to get us the room desired, top floor, end of the hallway. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was super clean, felt new, was told the hotel opened Oct 15, 2024. Room felt much better than idiotically priced Great Wolf Lodge night before...||The bad,|No light bulbs in either the table or standing lamps, TV had no reception whatsoever, electric outlet meant for charging not connected to wall, and though I tried to connect, cable too short. Breakfast was among the worst with very limited options, bagels, sugar muffins, yogurt... c'mon, you can do better than that.||Overall, this was a pleasant surprise for the better and in high consideration if wanting to go to that expensive water park down the road...

Pros: cleanliness- clean rooms- they don’t smell;
Off the beaten track so no noise or random people walking around; Staff is amazing- filled us in on upcoming breakfast upgrades and such
Cons; Pool was down- Needs hot foods like instant Oatmeal, a yogurt machine and hard boiled eggs.

Newly renovated the Spark Hotel did the trick. It is located close to highway but not so close you can hear the noise. I was in when the property was only open for a week so every thing was still new. The continental breakfast is truly a continental breakfast with bagel and pre-packaged muffins. The coffee was hot and the orange juice was cold. There is a smaller indoor pool but never went in.

Room is decent. Basic room. Went down for breakfast at 8:15 and there was hardly anything left, no coffee. Asked the girl at the desk and she was clearly annoyed all she said in a snarky tone was 6minutes and then went into the store room and was ranting. Went back down at 8:45 to see if it was re stocked for my daughter to eat and they only had 3 bagels out, another family was irritated as well and she clearly wasn't going to put out more. She was annoyed when he asked about creme cheese. She may want to work somewhere she doesn't have to deal with people. Do yourself a favor spend $15 more a night and stay at La Quinta where there is always food and no attitude.

Stayed one night and had no problems checking in, this morning I came down stairs to stay over another night and as a diamond member I’m absolutely unsatisfied, front desk took 25 minutes to check me in asking a thousand questions being rude couldn’t check me in with my online reservation card that I just used the day prior) and showed ID to show it was me. & refused to let me use tap pay because my card was up in the room: because to much “Fraud” going on even tho I stay at Hilton all the time and clearly not a scammer. Then told me that I need 300 $ for the deposit even tho my room was under 100$ I wouldn’t recommend this hotel the Hilton garden is where I normally stay but they were sold out.

Everything was great! Check-in as well as check out was comfortable and went smoothly. The front desk staff is amazing, very professional, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Will return and recommend felt like new.
