We hadn’t come here for a long time but it definitely made our stomach happy! We got Bbq shrimp which was so delicious and I ordered Chicken dish (I can’t remember the name! ) but the skin was very crispy and the sauce they had at the bottom of the chicken tasted amazing with creamy mashed potato. My husband got Kurobuta dish, meat fell off the bone so easily with fork and it was full of flavor. No wonder they are so busy all the time! We will come back very soon ?

Literally some of the best food. I almost always choose Southwood when I have friends or family in town and we want to have a nice evening out.

One of my favorite things about this place is that you can "come as you are" and still receive high quality fine dining type food.

Based on the menu, we were expecting a little more of a fine dining experience. The food and service were excellent. The interior of the restaurant was nothing special, wood topped tables and booths.

Great place to come to have some drinks, eat some food and enjoy friends. Staff was outstanding, the establishment clean and the food was equally amazing. There's was nothing I could find to be a negative. The food is amazing each plate was good portion size for the price, the taste is in line with cost and left satisfied. Highly recommend.

The food is always so so delicious. Absolutely worth a stop. Always check their website for the new menu of the day and be sure to try their daily specials.

The only downside to this place is that it's closed Sunday and Monday.

I've been eating with the wonderful people at southwood for the last several years now and I can honestly say one of the most satisfying meals and ambiance that I've ever experienced have eaten all over the world and southwood is it the top of the list

Without getting in too much into detail. Food was excellent! Everything was on the level you would expect from a sort of fine dining experience. Great selection of cocktails and drinks. Menu changes often so they keep everything fresh and seasonal. Nothing we tried was really disappointing in any way. Steak was cooked perfectly, green beans, just like I like, not overcooked. Oysters were clean and fresh, Murder Point oysters as expected were salty and meaty, clean. Pairing and sides were done very balanced and interesting. Definitely recommended.
