Still waiting for them to solve a shipping problem. They apparently don't care to help. It's been two weeks since they told me they would. Have talked to two people, each saying they would. They could at least reach back out. I've called over and over.

I have been trying to get in contact with their service department for the last 6 months. Brad initially reached out but later stopped replying. I’ve tried call multiple times and always get sent to voicemail. The roaster is good until you need service help, replacement parts are frequently out of stock and if you have a question it will likely never be answered.

For the last two years, this was a five star glowing review. I ordered on the Cyber-monday sale, and got charged full price. I was a regular customer, picked up on location when I lived in Mt. Vernon. I considered them friends and neighbors. In microscopic text, the add said till 11:59 EST, which is about as relevant as Beijing time. I ordered a few minutes after 10pm our time. I talked to Anna, and she made it clear to me that they don't care about me or the many customers I given them through my roasting classes AT ALL! Guess they got to big and now NY is their customer base. My friends and I will not be buying from them again, and I will not recommend them anymore.
