The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean, in a quiet area, and room was fine but not great. Saggy mattress. Refrigerator is old and very noisy (eventually had to turn it off). Good AC/heater - quieter than other hotels. Big negative for no breakfast and $7 per day for parking. I can see charging for parking if the property is in a big city with limited space but this property is tucked away with lots of space. I would give it 4 stars if it had breakfast.

This place was great Arlene at the desk was nice and very professional. I had an issue one of my cards didn't have my name on it. So be sure your names are on your card. On Booking nothing about parking fees was stated. $7 a car. The rooms were nice. Alex checked me out he was cheerful 😊 which was nice to see ppl happy where they work. Makes a big difference in my book. No sugars just 2 coffee bags in the room with a coffee maker. Check-out was 11 check in at 4 pm. I'd stay here again. Oh and this place had C charging outlets was a huge plus for me very updated and a clock. This place also had a lot of snacks and food to buy and drinks. So convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised at check in. Room was clean, although there was a weird smell, but no big deal, open the windows, get the air moving. At the price point it's hard to complain. However, my experience changed with this hotel on the day before our scheduled check out date. It was about 11:30am, my girlfriend and I were relaxing after a long saturday night, watching the football game. When we hear a knock on the door. I figured it's housekeeping, we ignore the knock, since we have the "do not disturb" sign on our doorknob. Well, the knocking didn't stop, and after the 2nd time, before I could even get up ti put my clothes on, the person uses a master key to let himself into our room. It was an employee, trying to yell at us that we needed to check out. I tried to explain that check out for us was TOMORROW (meanwhile, I am standing there in my underwear.) But he keeps saying "Front desk, front desk." He didn't even speak English. I slammed the door in his face and called the fromt desk, INFURIATED. They assured me that my reservation was good until the following day. This situation gives me multiple concerns.
1, why are they sending dudes who can't even speak English to try and kick out guests?
2, why do they think we were supposed to leave early? I have never experienced this in dozens of hotels!
And 3, why the hell would he attempt to let himself into my room? We were almost naked. Complete invasion of privacy.
These situations give me serious concerns over safety, and will likely keep me from ever staying in this hotel again, when I am in town multiple times per year.
I didn't receive anything other than an "I'm sorry, I will remind them not to do that." From who I presume was the manager at check out. You guys need to do a better job of verifying your guest's reservation dates and should NEVER attempt to enter a room that is still PAID FOR.

Positive: The room having a kitchenette Negative: When I got there I was informed that not only was there a $250 deposit and there was a fee for parking which neither of these were mentioned on the website and then it took almost a month for me to get my deposit returned after I checked out

I just stayed at this Sonesta Simply Suites for almost 3 full months as I waited for my apartment to be ready to move into, and I couldn't recommend it enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was great (comfortable bed, big TV, nice bathroom, nightstands and a desk with a full power bar/HDMI input, and nice little kitchen area). Any issues I had during my stay were seen to extremely promptly. The gym and laundry onsite was incredibly convenient as well. I feel as though I very much lucked out finding this place to stay, especially given that I wound up staying there for so long.

I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 months. I will never ever stay here again.
The location is really close to my school, etc so I stayed here. But the hotel smells SO bad!!!! It smells of pets, cigarettes and marijuana !! Even after doing my laundry, my clothes smelled of pets and smoke. It is absolutely disgusting!!!
There is a sign at the front that says no smoking but then why do the cleaners have smoke smell removing sprays on their carts?

The electric cooktop also was not working properly. It would take 15,20 min to cook an egg. The microwave also required me to press the start button multiple times to start and it would make a really loud sound after I used it. I would have to open and close it many times to finally get it to stop.

Please, if you can stay somewhere else, please do… this place is NASTY!!!!!

Very dirty rooms, saw roaches on the sheets and the refrigerator was extreme dirty with a very foul smell. I do not recommend. Staff are extremely rude and the cleaners are overworked, no toilet paper and towels in the rooms.
