These people are scamming you out of your money. housekeepers don’t change the sheets, remake slept in beds. they use old breakfast for yall to eat. NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL. they steal from their employees. they go inside your room when your not there. this place needs broght to the ground and their employees live their with their room out of order and they are going to find a way to take this down but it’s all FACTS!

Lobby was nice and clean Lydia was very friendly checking us in. Once we got the room it was not what we expected, it smelled so musty, the ac was on and it was freezing, the shower curtain rod was broken, the thermostat on the wall didn't work, the lights didn't work, the tv didn't work. Breakfast was horrible not much and the eggs amd sausage were cold. The guy at the front desk to check us out didn't say a word to us. It was just horrible we will never go back.

This hotel was very nice. The lobby was very cleaned and well kept. My room was perfect, not a thing wrong with it. The breakfast was delicious and the perfect temperature, the staff were excellent and very helpful. I had a wonderful experience with this place and I will be returning!

Upon entering, I was greeted by a wonderful duo of staff at the front desk. The more experienced worker had a trainee working with her, and they were both so very kind and considerate of us. Even when they had a few issues with the system, they would always apologize to us and thank us for waiting, WHILE, learning with each other. The room that we stayed in was very clean, well-put together, and when we needed supplies, we didn't have to wait, but 2 minutes to receive them. Also, due to the wind during this stay, the power went out the morning I had a wedding to attend. The front desk staff was swift in coming to the room to share the details about what was going on, so that we didn't have to wonder. The power outage only lasted about 10 minutes, so we were very lucky, especially since I had to use 2 electronic instruments to get ready. Finally, there were some other couples that were staying at the same hotel as us for said wedding. We all wanted to hang out with the groom the night of the wedding, so when we went down to ask the staff at the front desk if there was a conference room to use to hang out for a bit, there was 0% hesitation from the staff member. Breakfast was great as well, as the same staff member shared with us that since we are with the wedding, there will be special items for breakfast the next morning. I wasn't exactly sure what the special items were, but the breakfast was decent. Great price for staying 2 nights too! Each and every staff member at the hotel, including the housekeeping staff, was friendly as ever, and we would 1,000% stay again! 🙂

I have not heard much about a Sonesta but we gave it a try. Me and my work partner were impressed with the staff being so friendly. Loved the teal colored lobby.|The hotel and breakfast area was clean. We will be staying here once a month for our work trip !!! Nick at front desk was super nice and told us of local restaurants. Applebees is across from hotel and was also an excellent choice for him to tell us about.|Thank you for a great stay ( oh and shopping super close ) in walking distant.

Not a great experience. We returned Saturday night, after being there since Thursday, to our bags behind the counter and locked out of our room. They were overbooked so they canceled our last night and blamed us saying it was our fault for not checking in correctly. The kid behind the desk threatened to call the cops on us and left us with no place to go. He was rude and made horrible excuses for why they canceled our last night. Not recommended at all
