This has been a great stay. The staff is super friendly, and they have been fully attentive to all of our needs. For example, before we stayed here, we used that chat to request a microwave to be placed in our room, and the day that we came in, the microwave was in our room, for which we are so grateful. There hasn't been a lot of noise outside, even though they currently have a Comicon. We're currently staying on the first floor; however, it's been very quiet for us, and it's also very clean. It doesn't give that nasty hotel smell. Thank you for your great hospitality.

This place is an absolute score. It’s clean, comfortable, immaculate and relatively affordable for being right there in the middle of Capitol Hill.
I experienced no noise from the outdoors and outside of one fellow who stumbled in a little late it was really quiet all night.
I will add the one thing that I think they really need in this place is for the rooms to have a folding chair. There’s a nice little sitting area downstairs but to just be able to watch the TV straight on, get your shoes on, have a snack next to the nightstand etc. a little folding chair would do wonders. It’s enough that when I stay here again I will be bringing my own camp chair. This place was great!

First off, this is not a hotel. It is a poorly appointed B&B. |If, like me, you’re the sort of weirdo who travels with a suitcase, you’re going to love being lodged on the sixth floor of a building with no elevator. If, also like me, you walk with a cane, those 70 stairs up to your room should provide ample opportunity to think about your many bad choices. I trust reserving this place will be near the top of your list. |If you want a cup of water, there is a broken dispenser on the sixth floor. There is (was?) a working one on the fifth floor. |At 1:30 am, a guest came onto our floor and began screaming, in a never-ending chorus, “mother f’er,” “what the f did you say to me?” and “what the f is this?” He then smashed the metal bins and made various other fun sounds (everything is music!”|I immediately called down to the front desk— just kidding! There is no front desk, or any employees of any kind. Or a phone! There was a number to text, which I did. At 2am. As of this writing, I have gotten no response. |The establishment has many thoughtful details. It provides body wash and shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately, it has mounted these in such a way as to make their dispensers inoperable. Cost effective!|Also cost effective is their outsourcing of other tasks to their guests. Run out of toilet paper? Simply waddle down the hallway and grab a roll, assuming that drunk guy didn’t already smash it. Blow a fuse? There is a handy how-to sign affixed to the wall!|You know where I do household errands? In my house. I do not invite the screaming drunk. |On my uber ride to boylston, a man misjudged his center of balance and fell into a dumpster. Maybe he just wanted an upgrade over the Sonder.

Very cute and compact, perfect spot for a solo traveler or cozy couples. I stayed for a week for a remote work trip. Perfectly located from everything with either walking or using transit. Any questions I had were answered through the app promptly. And a quick tip, if you need a microwave in your room just ask. It was a game changer since I could grab groceries for the week instead of relying on takeout.

Affordable, great location & exactly as pictured online. Room was small but had a bed big enough for two, air conditioning, sink, private toilet, shower. The room & common area was very clean. There was no room service so it felt more like an air bnb. Would recommend bringing a sleep mask though because there is a little blue light in the ceiling that could not be turned off & it was bright enough to wake you up.

It was a small room but it was clean and well appointed. The online check in/out made it really easy and convenient. The only thing that detracted was the parking and the volume of emails they sent, which made it hard to know where to look for information. I would recommend it, though, for a single person or couple, especially for a short stay. The glass shower is a few feet from the bed, so be sure you're comfortable being naked with whoever is with you, lol.

The room was small but cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived quickly. The wifi wasn’t working for the tv, and help came quickly. In spite of no reception staff, staff was available quickly by chat. The location was excellent. I guess I have nothing but great things to say about Sonder at Boylston!

Had a bad experience. Booked based on all of the positive reviews, but not sure it deserves the rating it has. It is LOUD at night despite earplugs and a sound machine with people shouting, loud bangs all night, and garbage bins being picked up. Not a very safe spot. There's limited amenities, like a motel. The fan doesn't work in the bathroom and the walls are thin and you can hear other guests slam their doors at all hours. Also, I could not charge my phone using my charger despite trying every outlet. This added a lot of stress. When I contacted Sonder they said they never heard of this, dismissed my concern and were adamant their building was wired correctly rather than trying to provide a solution. Not worth the cost.
