I had a wonderful experience! The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Our server, Kris, was new but did an amazing job—she was attentive, friendly, and eager to make sure we had a great dining experience. We really enjoyed our dinner tonight. It was taco Tuesday. We noticed that the place was full of all gray hair people like us. We had a particularly attentive server name Natalia and she was extra warm and friendly made you feel right at home!

I’ve been going to Some Burros for years, so when this location opened up near my home, I was so excited! However, there is a different feel to this location. The customer service is not great. The people taking the orders seem irritated. They don’t smile. The last three times we have been there, the cheese crisp comes out, cold. The tacos are still really good, as well as the hot sauce. The cashier talked me into ordering the Pollo Fondo. This is the dish I have ordered at great restaurants around Arizona, and have always been super happy with it. So, I went for it. Huge mistake! The chicken is completely bland and feels like chunks of chicken breast out of a can. I wanted to kick it into a landfill. However, the fried tortilla was pretty good, and the sauce on top was really good. It’s what was inside that made it disgusting. Afterwards, a customer told me to order a shredded beef fundido because it wasn’t disgusting like the one with chicken. Three strikes, you’re out. We will never be back to this location.

I came in on Monday and Jay was amazing!! I see her quite often and she’s always so sweet. She never fails to check on me and makes sure my experience and wonderful every time I go. I hope they can find more employees like her because she really is the best!

I love the other Someburros locations and have been eating there since 1995. The Signal Butte location is not preparing the food the same. Everything I've ordered has been dry and has much less flavor than other East Valley Someburros. The rice has been undercooked the past three times I ordered. The other locations have excellent rice.

Sebastian did a nice job taking care of us. We needed a few extra things and he got them. I've been eating here for years and enjoy the food. They have good salsa and several really excellent menu items.

I did have to take away a star because, for some reason, they don't have salt and pepper shakers in the restaurant. They just have to-go packs. It's very annoying and wasteful. Also the salt and pepper gets mixed together so sometimes I end up putting pepper when I meant to put salt. Please put the salt and pepper shakers back on the table. The other sombrero's restaurants we visit have salt and pepper shakers on the table. You can do it too!

Shane & Manager on duty were incredible! Very kind & ensured we had everything we needed for an awesome meal. Was cooked to perfection & they checked on us a couple of times… nice visit!
