Very clean! I have kids so when we travel I am extra picky on our location stays. This hotel was super clean! The check-in was smooth and the gentleman behind the desk was knowledgeable in the area. Breakfast was great for kiddos and the flavored water and coffee available the entire stay was awesome! The suite size was good. A couple areas needed some cleaning for dust and hair in the closet. But overall very clean. The view was INCREDIBLE!

Upon our recent visit to Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America during "The Real Twin Peaks" event, we experienced exemplary hospitality that merits recognition. Our accommodation arrangements, made well in advance of our cross-country journey, were handled with remarkable professionalism by Laurie, who proactively applied a newly available discount code and generously upgraded our accommodations.

The reception staff exhibited exceptional cordiality during check-in, providing valuable dining recommendations within proximity to the establishment. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was further demonstrated when they furnished our quarters with additional storage furniture to facilitate our extended sojourn.

Beth, responsible for housekeeping services, maintained impeccable standards daily—providing fresh linens, immaculate room conditions, and properly appointed bathroom facilities. The accommodations offered ample space for two guests, complete with refrigeration, microwave capabilities, and convenient storage for refreshments. The centrally positioned desk proved advantageous for technological requirements, while the spacious closet, well-illuminated bathroom, and generous shower enclosure enhanced our comfort considerably.

The morning meal service consistently presented fundamental offerings with judicious variations: eggs, pork products, assorted baked goods, bread selections, cereals, porridge, various juices, and notably exceptional coffee. The culinary and service personnel demonstrated consistent amiability and attentiveness. The self-service waffle preparation station is particularly recommended for its superior quality.

We anticipate returning to Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America upon our next visit to the region, as the establishment has proven itself worthy of repeated patronage.

we were upgraded to a lovely room with a nice view of the mountains that were covered with a dusting of snow.
aside from the immediate, overwhelming cleaning(?)/perfume-like scent when we walked in, it was a nice room. the bathroom could use an upgrade--discolored caulking and the water temperature could be hotter in the shower.
the service desk employee was excellent & helpful--5 stars for him!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was top-notch—every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of relaxation and comfort. Stayed here overnight with family. It was a spacious room. Clean bathroom and comfortable mattress. Nice view of the valley during daytime and at sunrise. Complimentary breakfast included which was nice and had multiple options. They also had coffee in the lobby. Overall, enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place.

My 3 sisters and I spent 2 nights at your property. Our accommodations were great for us. The extra space in the room made our stay very nice. The pull out sofa was comfortable. Breakfast was great and the property was very clean. The best part was the staff. We met Lilly and she was welcoming and friendly. Wiley was great. He was so accommodating and delivered TP and helped with disposing of pizza boxes. During our stay he was very helpful. I can't recall the name of the woman who served breakfast was so friendly and kind. We met Laurie Hay, she approached us to ask how our stay was and we had a great conversation. We were very pleased with our stay at Snoqualmie Inn. Even when I had to call and request a room change due to a party happening next door. Some kids were having fun next to us at 11pm. I didn't complain knowing it being the off season there would be lots of empty rooms. The front desk man was quick to understand and nicely up graded us to a huge nice suite. Actually he heard the neighbors when he brought our new keys up to us. Again I told him I didn't want to disturb the party, They were young kids having fun on their trip. We were just 2 old gals. Like my sister said ' we have already had our fun years ago' . Anyway we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the Snoqualmie Inn.

Our room had great views comfortable beds with high quality pillows. The staff was excellent and we're always happy to see us. Located close to food, trails and sites to see.
